This is getting a bit silly now.

We have always - at our best - been fluid in-game with our formation. With Dier in we can change from a diamond to a back 3 to a 4-2-3-1 at any time.

We changed to a straight 4-4-2 against Bayern the problem wasn't the "diamond" it was Winks is incapable and unsuited to protecting a back 4 especially when NDombele is not fit enough to help out properly.

I think there are bigger positions that need sorting primarily. Right back, Central defender(s). Dybala would be nice, but more of a luxury right now. We could also do with another DM, as the jury is out on whether Dier can reclaim that role and Wanyama is pretty much finished.

Just want to have a moan! I’m season ticket holder have 219 loyalty points so can’t away tickets.. My partner works shifts and I have a 6 year old son :so hard to go home and away . Very lucky for home games when my partner is working either one of our parents are happy to look after my son. PAny way was really annoyed as I only live 25/30 mins from the Amex. Anyway my mate wasn’t going today let me have his ticket. Quing up to get in the away end just load of Chinese/South Korean fans! How do they get tickets (I know how) and proper season ticket holders can’t! Club really needs to look into this! People selling tickets on particularly away tickets is a joke!

Not convinced that he’s changed the formation.

If he asks Dier to play the winks role in the same formation there’s going to be loads of people moaning at him.

Really hope it’s dier with ndombele next to him but I have my real doubts. Let’s see.
