When the fourth goal went in that tight little ball of tension that's been living in my chest for the last couple of months eased just a little.

Early days, but it was nice to be able to enjoy watching us play again.

Don’t know why but I liked the fact that poch brought on foyth for jan, if that’s going to be are 2 future CBs then it’s best they get used to each other

I don’t care that Red Star are football AIDS, it’s just really fun to see us playing with confidence again.

Liverpool are going to get an absolute pummelling on Sunday.

So @wrd thinks Pochettino will pick the same side? Really?

I disagree with you saying there's absolutely 0 chance of that, 0 chance really? it's tuesday night and we played at home, secondly I very much disagree that after a 5-0 win he's going to make 4/5 changes. At the most 2/3 I wouldn't put past him but as I say I disagree with the notion of there being 0 chance.

Same 11 have to start. Whats the point otherwise? Really hope he sticks with it because if he doesnt he's fucked.

I see a lot of posts proposing that Pochettino should pick the same side against Liverpool. Surely everyone should realise, without having to think, that there is absolutely zero chance of that.

He will rotate at least 3-5 players.

He will but I don’t necessarily think he should. No more than 2/3 changes barring injuries for me.
Toby for jan lamela for Lucas maybe something like that??

Shame Liverpool will totally destroy any confidence built. Shame we didn’t have the Watford game up next
If we play that formation and the majority of those players who started tonight, and actually train all week to do so I think we'll give them a game. If Poch has another Einstein moment on how he can change things around in some kind of tactical masterclass we are fucked.

As I've said many times now the players biggest issue has been the change of system they don't think works and being asked to play roles they are not comfortable playing.

This is something he should build on, keep it to a system the players are comfortable with and understand. It will be far easier if we do.

Completely agree, I know there's a few ones he might debate such as Alder for Jan or trying to get Winks in but if he tinkers and loses then he's going to cause himself more aggro. If we play same 11 and lose then so be it because sometimes you lose to the better team but don't tinker and lose.

I don't comment on what he "should" do. It's arrogant and self-indulgent. I only ever comment on what he is likely to do and why.

Ok so the opp was shite but...
We were trying.
The off the ball movement was brilliant.
I'm so pleased to see Dier back and pray he gets back to form. We need that steel back in front of back 4.
I'm so pleased to see Alli, Lamela, Son and Kane link up like they're reading each others minds just like they used to.
I'm so pleased Davies played and did well.
I'm so pleased Foyth came on.
I'm so pleased GLC came on.
Lot of positives tonight.
Still dont like us fkin about at the back when we should clear it and I dont like the amount of space our full back leave behind them for opp wingers but given how shockingly bad we've been lately I didn't think we'd even manage to beat this lot.
Amazing what can happen when you drop players who clearly dont give a shit.
Ndombele played well.
