Summer time....could be anything so its hard to tell....but, I like the choice of goalie. Cutting out Keane is a bit mean though isn't it. Instead I'd rather go for a top sitting midfielder, and probably a match winner type player. Malbranche and Jenas may not offer great balance in midfield together. A van der vaart, or aimar figure maybe. Otherwise im actually quite happy. Just need stronger strength in depth.
Its hard to do this because a lot of our players are young and so will improve. Hudd for instance could really come into his own.

I think we could do with a reinforement to the above. A real ball winner would be great. With the amount of matches these days, we need good reinforcement

Personally I'd like to recover from this window before even thinking about the summer one.

*Argentine contigent coming in with Sorensen to hold the fort while Ustari acclimatises to the style of play and language. Lucho would be a real coup if we can get him.
*If Ramos can sort out Chimbonda's attitude (a pay rise may help), I'd like to see him stay as he showed he can play anywhere across the back.
*I think we missed out on Gary O'Neil as he's a real Ramos type player, bags of stamina and explosive pace. Can cover for both Jenas and Lennon.
*I've named Fred as Berba's replacement cos I can't think of too many realistic targets who can fulfil the role of big man. Kanoute's getting on and I'm watching Kenwyne Jones Vs Liverpool now, he doesn't look like he has the quality to match his obvious physical attributes.

Well, the thread starter didn't say anything about these players having to be realistic signings. We don't have a clue who we could sign and who could improve the team anyway.
