They've conceded 2 so far this season. On current form anything but a loss and i'll be happy.

I honestly don't think Palace are the team that some are making them out to be. Yes they won at OT, but they also lost to Sheffield United and scraped a 1-0 win at home to a Villa side who had a man sent off in the 54th minute and a wrongly disallowed equaliser.

The worry for me here is certainly us and our slow, ponderous and unimaginative football rather than Palace and what they can do.

Hope we learnt from the Newcastle game as imagine palace are going to employee very similar tactics. Need to win this and get a run going in the league and also build confidence and get some real positivity going before the champions league starts on Wednesday.

If we set up with two unimaginative holding midfielders, going side to side then it is going to be a long afternoon.

I hope this doesn't turn out to be another performance where Spurs pass endlessly across the pitch and back in futile and frustrating attempts to find their way past a ten man defence.

Let's have some dynamic movement, creative passing and a few shots at goal!

Must win game, if we lose today our season is over and we are doomed, moral will collapse the team will fall apart and it'll all have been for nothing, we are too far into the season now and will fall too far behind with not enough time to catch up if we lose today.
In an attempt to lighten my mood when I get to the ground I am going to have two sausage rolls but misery will be my companion.

We will win today, our ais just about to take off moral is rising after the break and we are getting back to our best. Still early in the season everything is possible and in the next few weeks the top of the league will look very different and those there at the moment will be very worried about us, our time is coming.
In an attempt to reign in my optimism when I get to the ground I am going to have two sausage rolls but wild enthusiasm will be my companion.

Take your pick

Really hoping that the int break has allowed things to calm down behind the scenes and poch has got his head together.

Really though trip away to Leicester coming up so need those points on the board. Seems like it should be a nice sunny autumn day. Saturday 3 pm, perfect. I'm really looking forward to it.

Hope we can just start the game with the right tempo. Just dont make it easy for them to defend.

I read somewhere that Palace are the last side to win away at OT, Etihad and Anfield. They are set up to defend deep and counter. Will be like the Villa and Newcastle games at home.

You know it will be 10 man defence, we've been sussed out in thst respect, it all depends on Poch's approach and line up.

Using the full width of the pitch would be nice rather the using a strip up the centre too, we were so narrow against Newcastle.

I’d like to see our fullbacks push right up the pitch today and a CDM to tuck in for the covering CBs. Possibly a 4141 where we can overload the wide areas and get behind their wide defensive line

We only had 3 at home that season, our last 3pm kick off on Saturday was Burnley on the 15th Dec.

Not many of these times going around these days due to TV and CL.

I know it is the Tottenham Hotspur stadium but it will always and only be 'the Lane' in parlance.
