Surprised it's the same team from Sunday, thought there would be a bit of rotation for rest etc. Fair play to Serge for wanting to play.

Would have like to see a little bit of rotation to freshen things up but also understand keeping the same team after the NLD

Hope Aurier is in the right headspace to play, understandable if he has a howler of a game, I would blame Mourinho for playing him if so

Course you fucking would.

Because Serge definitely won’t have had any say in the decision whatsoever, despite the club offering him compassionate leave.

Tool.

One has to respect Aurier's decision to play. My thoughts go to him and his family.

I would rather he not be our first choice RB under any circumstances, but there is no reason to think the terrible events of this week are going to make him any more rash on the pitch than he already is.

He may well be less focused, but it is a difficult situation for the club, and it would be very harsh to drop him if he wants to play and we all know he would have been starting under normal circumstances.

Hopefully he can have a good game

With Aurier it's a damned if you do damned if you don't scenario for Mourinho. As soon as Aurier says he is good to play and wants to play the Mourinho has no option.

Of course you would.

All Mourinho can go by is his conversations with the player and if the player assures him he's OK and wants to play then he picks him.

Sorry but if this was Harry Kane playing through tragedy you’d be praising him and that would be it.

Instead because it’s Aurier you’ve got the same agenda driven pricks spouting their abhorrent shit. Absolute pricks.

Shocked and disappointed Aurier is playing, I went through what he’s going through a couple of years ago and I couldn’t function properly for months, and I couldn’t imagine not being around my family especially in the immediate aftermath. I know everyone is different, I just hope he hasn’t been coerced into playing

Really hope the same team that played almost all the game a few days ago had enough in the tank to get a result

CHARLIE'S PREDICTION
It was a great result for Tottenham, I am not denying them that. They may not have deserved it, but it was certainly not a masterclass. Arsenal got slack and let them off the hook.

Someone's a little salty

Can’t believe any of that Newcastle team would get into ours. Maybe ASM would get into our squad, but that’s it. So should be an easy win. Right? RIGHT?
