what’s gardening leave?
It's when you legally honour a contract, but give someone no duties. I've had it before when I've worked on confidential stuff and put notice in.

what’s gardening leave?
Garden leave is a notice period where employees are restricted from working but they still get a normal rate of pay.
Employees on gardening leave can’t re-enter the workplace and can’t work elsewhere during the period of leave. There may be further restrictions, and these are included as part of a garden leave contract.
Same old story, contract until 2024 so if he will be sacked…
Anti-Pope, surely? One of my mates has said he's ideally placed to become the next pope.
I think that if Roma pay him less than we paid him then we have to make up the difference for the remainder of what was left on his contract with us. Might be wrong but even if true not so much of an expense.
As is common when a manager gets a new club he takes his previous coaching staff with him,if he does better still.
