Dier has been one of our better performers, admittedly.

Sanchez has been terrible. Son, Alli, Moura's touches have been very poor.

Sissoko has shown glimpses of good play but a bit quiet.

Despite our very poor play, we almost scored a 2nd goal
Dier is still hampering us in possession though, passing straight back to the man that's given him the ball when he could turn, causing the man who didn't want the ball in the first place to do something risky. but the bad decisions and execution of touch and passes has been poor from us in every position.

Need a massive improvement second half otherwise we're playing with hope that one of these counters materializes a goal before they score...

Not sure we need a change. We could be 4-0 up and posters on here would still be calling for change of formation or ripping any player off who misplaced a pass.

We're riding this out. Wolves look dangerous, but haven't had many real chances. I'll take another 45 minutes of that because there's goals on the break if we can stay composed and pick the final pass. There's goals for us if we can just slow the pace just a little.

We win the ball back at the back but Son, Kane and Moura are to deep and not making runs. They’re in no mans land, not helping defensively and too deep to counter attack.

I think that the movement has been decent, just plenty of mishit passes and lack of composure on the ball. We've been plenty dangerous going forward when we manage to bypass their midfield.

We are clearly set out to counter attack today. The defending has generally been good and we've countered well in patches but Moura, Kane, Son etc. need to make the ball stick a bit more up there to relieve the pressure.

Weirdly enough I think Dier has been OK but this is a game a bit more suited to him. It's more of a physical battle between two very direct teams, the ball is in the air and out wide a lot with plenty of crossing so that's better for him rather than defending tricky midfield players playing quick short passes.

Sissoko has been very panicky, but there's no obvious replacement on the bench due to the nature of the game. Winks/Skipp perhaps not up for this kind of physical tussle, unless we change approach and look to play a more possession based game.

Best showing thus far from Dier in a contested match this season IMO. Should've scored that goal but also has saved us from conceding one or two.

One thing is certain, they will score. Let's hope we have 2 or more when they do!

Vertonghen i being murdered by traore. I would replace sanchez with sessegnon and play verts as CB.

Jesus Christ, I'm not sure I can take 45 more minutes of this. They've had 2 decent chances in the first minute.

Two chances in a minute all steming from Son being wasteful with the ball again not holding onto it

Surprised Jose didn't do anything to shore up the left side, they've been targeting Vertonghen all day and he simply can't cope with their pace.

So 2nd half starts the same as first finished - this is going to be a long 45
