I back storts (Pav stays) over JTG (Pav goes).

But - and no offence against storts intended, I think he's tip-top - I back the raving transfer rants of Tottenham-cabbies-who-think-Kaka-is-about-to-sign-for-Spurs-for-£100m more than anything I ever hear from JTG...

I take no notice of the pricks who type in riddles.

It invariably means that their actual info holds no weight and is probably made up, hence the need to over-dramatise it.

Think getting rid of Pav would be daft unless we've got someone else coming in. Playing 4-4-2 like we do we need four good quality strikers and if Pav goes then we've got nobody else upfront who can head the ball.

Apart from Crouch obviously...:)

The fact we need four good quality strikers is, in my view, enough of a reason to get rid of Pavlyuchenko...

The very reason I think this is utter bollocks. We don't seem to be looking at any new strikers so why would we let him go. None of this alleged itk makes sense

He's our best Russian striker, that's for sure...

I don't want to see him go, but I can't see him fitting in much and can't imagine he'd be happy with cup ties as his only outlet.

But people have said he's willing to stay and fight for a place. And if somebody gets injured, he's a great talent to have in the wings.

I agree with Rob. Pav is t'rrific.
 Give him a run of games and he will shine. Ndisrespect but why do the MODS allow the ITK to talk in riddles all it does is PI-- people off and wind them up, and that comes from a calm easy going person!!! :bang:

I really think that Pav has never settled and that could be the main reason, not ability, in him leaving.

Keane, Defoe and Crouch are ahead of him in the pecking order. Harry signed all of those players remember. Things could have turned out differently for Pav, he's a good player. Circumstances have seemed to work against him getting enough playing time to get a decent run and prove his worth.

So I wonder, if this is true, whether 'Arry has another striker lined up or is he going to make do with JD, Crouchy and old Flappy Arms.

Yes we really should redouble our efforts to control what people are saying on other sites. I move that we be given the ability to edit everyones posts on every site on the internet!

Ginola had his rent paid by the club.

I think Ossie & Ricky had the use of "club" houses in Broxbourne.

I'm not buying it for this window...sorry...I think Harry is committed to having the strongest squad possible...two injuries upfront and we'd be fucked, yes we could rejig our current players and 'make it work' but I really think Harry has had enough of that outlook. My guess is he's told Levy that this is our moment to step-up, 12 out of 12, let's make sure we have a proper Prem-experience proven squad and let's revisit in Jan when we might have to sell to buy...

I really hope this is the case.

I think our strong start to the season has sent everyone a message that we are a serious club, with an amazing starting XI.

The early-in-the-season injuries have sent another important message: we have to have strength-in-depth as well.

The fact that JtG is on COYS might be a bit difficult for our mods to tell him not no....

If you dont like the riddles or cryptic clues dont read them. Noone is forcing you into threads to read them. Can leave a thread as easly as you enter one
