More than anything, I love the versatility of this team. Dier steps back into CM and dominates. Alli does Kane goals when Kane isn't there. Son can shift out wide yet also play in the CAM role. Just fucking awesome.
Oh, and Eriksen's new found tenacity this season has seriously elevated him as a player

Disagree. This is the perfect sort of game to give him a run out to get some sharpness for the run in. Reckon Poch will give him 20 minutes at least.

Probably. But I just don't see a reason to take the risk. He can run some laps after the game, I'd be keeping him on ice

Want Kane on so he can get his top scorer spot back and so he can get minutes, back in the groove before the semi final.

Thought we were only ok in that half before the goals - you often see it with early kick-offs, a slight doziness/lack of sharpness. But our players have such quality we can find a way anyway.

Put me firmly in the keep-Vinnie-on camp.

Sounness playing down Alli's goal and all our goals were lucky and avoidable

Not really saying that though is he. He was basically saying the closing down was weak but finish was excellent. Which is true.

The first 15 were interesting, Watford looked strong, but wow. Awesome finishing.

Beautiful.

How good is it to watch this Spurs team.
No matter how the games going you just KNOW they're going to score!
Must be how Utd felt under Fergie

Yeah but pundits and the media hate us so your reply won't go down well with the paranoid narrative on here ;)

I know he hasn't scored but I think players like Alli, Eriksen and Son would appreciate that he's keeping the watford defenders pinned and offering effectively a wall for them to bounce one-twos off.

Don't get me wrong, he needs to get goals but I am far more inclined to go easy on a player who is clearly trying. Almost too much.

Brilliant first half performance from all the lads.

That peach from Alli made me moist.

Also this is helping our goal difference massively. If it comes down to that we're above Chelsea (with them still to play obviously). But anything to give us an edge!
