So incompetent to go into the season with just 1 recognised striker. I know Rome wasn't built in a day and we are going to need a few transfer windows to sort our squad out, but when there are such blatant holes in our squad e.g. no second striker, it really is hard not to get so frustrated! We have had a good start to the season, yes, but we are an injury or 2 away from not a fun time. I love our signings we've made but it's so annoying seeing the obvious holes still in our squad.

Really disappointing. So we really have taken next to no advantage of any teams in financial trouble.

So many strikers have moved for reasonable fees. Ings, Daka, Delort, Edouard, Scamacca and we’re totally absent. Scamacca was a loan with option.

Renato Sanches available on loan. Aouar available on relatively cheap. Thuram available on relatively cheap.

Very confusing strategy to me.

Maybe, just maybe, none of them wanted to warm the bench for 90% of the season.

Its really not good enough again.

Very disappointing, especially with the attacking options. A good window all hinged on Adama and yet again we have blown it.

Haven't backed the manager with the player he really wanted for a relatively low fee as well.

Probably try and get him cheaper in January/next summer and he will go to a bigger club.

because Kane actually tries and has never had a half of football in our shirt with 0 sprints.....Ndombele has done that before and he is not a goalkeeper.

This was never going to be a quick fix. It’s a rebuild. We’ve invested in some really cracking, young talent and we’ve kept Kane, which looked very unlikely in May. Let’s see what Paratici works on during the year ahead.

Someone like Sabitzer, who would have been perfect for our needs, moves for 15m. Have we even tried or considered that after Jose left?
