Fuck me the brain trust is out in force today. Imagine voting for Lloris when he stopped us from losing by 5+ goals today. Jesus.

I didn’t vote for him to leave and I don’t want him to but with 1 season left on his contract I expect him to go

There definitely are names that must go, the 6 leading the poll would be a good start. That said, are we being a bit pessimistic here? A lot of comments were popular at the beginning of the season. Could it be that the right coach, with 6 out and 4/5 quality replacements in, could have us back in the top 4? I think it’s absolutely possible. Cheer up. #COYS!

I want Sissoko to stay. Not the first who needs to go out the door and those of you with lists of 10+ are playing computer games
No, no you really don't. He isn't young anymore, is on moderate to high salary and is taking up a precious spot amongst the 17 foreigners allowed. And he has no strengths and profound weaknesses.

Whatever happens, there’s no way this gets addressed in 1 or 2 transfer windows.

The surgery required is too vast, Levy will want too much money for our ageing crap, a lot of our players aren’t going to progress to a better team so will happily stay here and consume squad places and wages, Levy will still be meddling with recruitment and we’ll still be looking at “bargain” alternatives that ultimately end up being shit.

I’ve said it many times throughout this debacle; I’d sooner we recruited sensible players that are up to the fight, that want to impress, that will give their all week in week out and actively WANT to play for us.

I’d happily pick a select few from Leeds, Brighton, Championship sides etc. Known entities that aren’t coming in on £200k per week. Those figures are fucking ridiculous.

A hardworking squad that is assembled to play in a certain manner, with predetermined attributes and qualities. Not this crappy scattergun approach that we seem to be employing in recent memory.

No more Sissokos, Ndombeles, Lo Celsos. No more “record signing” flops. No more “name” players from shite leagues. No more dross.
Just some unsuspecting, hardworking, tidy footballers who will adequately do a job, that will listen and can be coached to play in a system that will be greater than the sum of its parts.

I really think people need to stop with the narrative of us failing to sell because we ask for too much money.

We currently have a high wage bill for underperforming players which means the teams potentially interested are smaller clubs with smaller turnovers and pay less in wages. Before we increased our wages we regularly sold to the likes of Portsmouth and Sunderland so why people now think the problem is the asking price is beyond me.

Our issue might have been not selling players when they were on an upward curve rather than a downward curve.

Loving this - the stats man in me is enjoying the poll updates. The more votes show the real sense of fans feelings right now.

The Winks and Sissoko midfield engine has certainly had a dirty great SC spanner chucked into it if this poll is anything to go by.
Almost forgot Danny Rose was still with us - crikey what a mess!
