Happy with that 11, only thing I'd say is, if there's knowledge of people leaving then I'd be getting others minutes. For example if it's nailed on that Aurier is gonna leave this summer then I'd try and give Tanganga some minutes possibly.

I'd at least like to see whether we can something out of Tanguy. Lo Celso too.

Harry should play so he can try and get the golden boot. Rodon should get a go. But honestly, it's shuffling deck chairs on the titanic.

What a joke we've become. We're leaderless.

We've basically got to the end of a night out. We're a 45 year old guy in a club full of 21 year olds - way past out best. We're looking for a girl to take home, and every pretty girl is looking at us with a mixture of pity and embarrassment (on our behalf), and it's starting to become clear that we're going to end up with the dregs.

Was actually tempted to go with Tanganga but didn’t want to be called a hypocrite for dropping Serge after a bad game but sticking with Bale.

Also understand why some people don’t give a fuck, I don’t overly either but felt a thread that wasn’t awash with negativity was needed.

Oh the effort is very much appreciated mate. ?

I think the word that probably sums up the feelings of many of us = Disenchanted.

It's so difficult to not be negative when, from our perspective, there really doesn't seem to be much (anything) to be positive about and, at this point, people just want the season to finish so we can all recharge & pray for something positive to come along and pick us up again.

That said, even whilst typing those last few words, I have very little faith that they'll come to fruition.

We lack control in midfield. To get that play Lamela at RWF, his energy brings the energy of the whole side up. He leads our press and proactive tackling more than anyone else in the side. Move Bale inside to play behind Kane. With Lamela at RWF and us having more control in general the wing backs can bomb forwards more. That creates even more control of the game and will allow us to stretch Wolves across the width of the pitch. We can then either use the extra width to put crosses in for Kane or Bale who are both exceptional in the air, or to create space in the middle to thread the ball through for the likes of Kane and Son to run onto (or Bale to have a pop from range).

Give Rodon a go at CB next to Toby and everything else can remain unchanged.
