I’m hoping at least one player will get promoted into the first team for the last few games. I’m thinking Lavinier as I’m not a massive fan of Aurier. Devine is very young still but you feel he’d just love it and do well.

Does anyone actually care about this game? I know there's an outside chance of top 4/5 etc but really I'm just done with the whole sorry mess this season has been. When does it kick off? See, couldn't give a rats arse!

Alright then, I'll indulge the post. Well, What do I want to see happen? Well, I'm getting a bit fed up with Captain wonderful going off for a wander and strolling around up front so I'm up for giving Vinny a bit more game time, we're going to need to see what he can do with a run of games under his belt after all if the worst should happen... Drop Son as well, he's done for the season. Back to a couple of wingers feeding in crosses with full backs overlapping please, let's at least try to play some football. Oh, and Bale, he plays on the left!

You can all let me know how it goes via match thread :nailbiting:

My only worry for this is the team that Mason picks. Winks, Sissoko and Dele shouldn't really be getting on the pitch much at all IMO yet they all featured in a cup final and even before Lamela and Ndombele. I do think Bale should be getting a run in the side too which I thought would be the case before he was dropped for the final.

And for once please just finally stick with Hojbjerg, Ndombele and Lo Celso in the middle for a few games in a row at least.

Really want Rodon to start after his very decent performance against Everton, the only centre-back with a real future at the club.

Only Spurs supporters.
Ha! Nice one. I see what you did there

Why is it that anyone who isn't dancing in the streets at the sight of us going down the toilet, who thinks that yes HK might well be the best striker in the world right now but still needs to be as culpable as the rest of the players, why is it that as soon as they give voice to their frustrations they immediately are considered some kind of second grade plastic?

If I see Winks or Sissoko starting this game my brain may explode along with most of SC's I would imagine. If they both start I think you would be able to hear the collective howl on Pluto. :)

It’s one thing being displeased. We all are. And voicing frustrations of not only justified, but necessary I’d say. But saying you don’t really care about any given game... I judge that. Happy to be called a twat for that but I believe in supporting the team in all circumstances, as that’s what you sign up for.

I would go

Lloris

Aurier Rodon Toby Reguillon

N’Dombele Winks

Bale Lo Celso Son

Kane

Rodon because his best mate is their most dangerous player ? and Joe would love to wind him up and pocket him and he knows him inside out!

Hojbjberg dropped as he’s been the one consistent selection in our last few bad performances and we don’t need a holding player vs Sheffield United at home.

Winks because why not? He can pass the ball him Lo Celso and N’dombele I’m sure can somehow dominate possession between them

Anything is better than sissoko or Hojbjerg in current form.

I have a feeling that he won’t play NDombele and will play Winks

Winks is 100 percent starting for the rest of the season. The lad literately got picked for the biggest game of the season after being missing all season.

Lloris
Aurier Tanganga Rodon Reguilon
Lo Celso Hojbjerg Ndombele
Bergwijn Kane Son

Hart, Toby, Dier, Lavinier, Devine, John, Lucas, Lamela, Bale

Time to play players who might have a future here. So I dont think we should be playing Winks, Dele, Bale, Dier, Sanchez, Sissoko, Lucas, Doherty, Davies or Lamela much anymore bar sub appearances.

Can't believe you actually had to explain that.

You really have no legs to stand on, considering the way you stopped supporting our previous coach during the most critical moments of the season, when we still had a fighting chance, just because results weren't being the desirable ones. During those situation, supporting the coach it's equivalent to support the team.

So now that we failed to achieve all of our objectives for the season (and also for the Harry Kane era) and have in charge a Ryan Masson who has proven to not have much of a clue, are we supposed to keep caring about the remaining games or else we're not actual fans? Yeah, I'm afraid I can't agree with you about that. These last five games might as well be friendlies for us, but friendlies that aren't even teasing for a future project, so they aren't even as interesting as per-season friendlies.
