Hmm , so Mason's Final performance was so grim we've understandably lost faith that he is capable of contributing anything at all . Even Ali Gold was shaking his head at the team selection/subs from Mason . He qualified it by saying he's a rookie etc ...but surely no matter how new you are, zeroing with laser like accuracy on the only players who were performing...and then taking them off, would indicate he's not
the brightest ....or indeed , as suggested here that he's playing his mates...or Wink's dad called him !

It feels a bit like he really is at that level . I was pleased one of the journos in the presser asked why he didn't go for it and attack. Mason replied that we were doing so well at 80 mins and 0-0 . Arguable if you forget the mountain sized chunk of incredible good fortune that City missed so many gilt edged chances and that we hadn't had a shot on goal since Pontius was a pilot.

Going one further , are we happy that Levy chose this option ?...the very cheapest I'm sure . These final matches could be crucial in getting Europe and he's installed a job experience kid . Seems like penny pinching of the worst kind imo...loads of experienced Spurs people would have loved an 8 game interim job including a Final .

Anyway, maybe Mason will have learned that Winks Sissoko midfield has been tried before and that he might as well show some fucking balls ,because he royally cocked up the wonderful shedload of luck we got at Wembley IMO. But we don't expect it do we.

Mason was the most logical choice, we should still get Europe regardless of who is in charge.

Oh dear , I'm going to call out a Spurs saint .I'll need me tinfoil hat . What the fuck really What the flying fuck was Son doing in the final
This is relevant to today because its certain he'll start . He could have put up a deckchair and slumbered through the final and he'd be picked today . There is truly nothing that would ever get him off the team sheet or subbed ...and boy is he taking advantage of that .

To me his Final performance was an insult to his team mates an insult to us all . Yes we know he'll never go in for 50/50s but in that final he wouldn't go in for 90/10s in his favour . This goes waaay further than just being out of form . He wouldn't do anything at all for Spurs..a total waste of oxygen . Ordinarily this wouldn't matter because we'd have a manager who would bench him or sub him . Well, hopefully he would be able to just look at his pathetic performance rather than his stellar history .

No chance atm , he'll start today and the deckchair may well be out again , no worries, he'll be starting the next match . One time a few months back Lloris seemed ready to hit him for his plain laziness. I now know exactly how Lloris felt .
