A rumour said that we are interested in 15-year old Leon King from Rangers. Anyone familiar with the name?

Good news. Was surprised when it was rumoured we were happy to let him go in the summer. Always been rated highly at the club.Whiteman’s signed a new deal until 2022
I don’t rate him. SorryGood news. Was surprised when it was rumoured we were happy to let him go in the summer. Always been rated highly at the club.
Noticed Arsenal Youth scraped through to the next round of the FA Youth Cup after drawing 0-0 with mighty Cheltenham Town but winning on penalties after extra time. What was of interest was an U16 Cheltenham player (midfielder) Josh Aldridge who spent a period of time on trial at Spurs just recently. Spurs play Wigan Athletic (away) in the next round and fans should be warned they are very very good. They include Sam Tickle (GK) an England boys player and Bobby Jones (GK) a Eire U19 player. The list goes on .... Joe Gelhardt(FW) and Jensen Weir(MF) both England Youth U18............Kyle Joseph (FW) and Luke Robinson(LB) both Scotland U19 players.......Thelo Aasgaard (MF) a Norway youth player and finally Alfie Devine a current England U16 player. In other words they are not Cheltenham! A very tough game following the tie with holders Liverpool.
Skipp could likely do very well in a Championship loan.
His style of hustle and bustle with some skill makes him a fit in almost any system. A very stark contrast to someone like Onomah who had very little flexibility in positioning and style of play in order to succeed.
I think Skipp would do better at a club like Norwich or Brighton . He is above Championship level. Problem is getting game time.Skipp could likely do very well in a Championship loan.

Yeah I agree that he could do well there but they also have to be interested in taking him and I’m not terribly sure any of those clubs would be. It’s the type of move that would look like they’re lacking ambition if they take on a player on loan who is somewhat unheralded outside of Tottenham circles.I th

A Championship loan would potentially let him play in a team expected to utilize attacking football too instead of just being under the cosh all the time. Also I think its easier for a manager to trust a loan player when they don't feel like every result could be the one that gets them relegated/fired.Yeah I agree that he could do well there but they also have to be interested in taking him and I’m not terribly sure any of those clubs would be. I also agree with the previous poster that said he should be playing with us. I just think that realistically he won’t be.
Overall I just think a Championship loan would be good for him and realistic. Despite the fact that it could possibly be “beneath his level” I don’t think it would hurt his development whatsoever.
