Just sack him already. There are no excuses anymore. There's one thing to drop points from time to time. But to play like this for over a year is not acceptable.

And substituting Alli? Is Poch stupid? I'm not saying he had a stellar performance, but he was way better than the others.

Surely the question now is whether "painful rebuilding" should start with Poch or not?
Not for me he had his chance we have a v good squad now and he cannot get them going. If levy doesn’t move now though it’s going to be tough for anyone to come in and fix this. If he stays to Christmas then there is no point in sacking him imo.

Seems like every single fucking weekend has been ruined for two months now. I'm absolutely sick to death of the dross Poch is serving up in league play. If Levy doesn't pull the trigger I think I may need to take a step back and simply stop watching, I'm done with being furious midway through the day on Saturday every fucking week.

The last days of AVB were dire and he was fired after a 6-0 thrashing by CIty away, and a 5-0 hammering by Liverpool - the worst at the Lane in 16 years

Poch has engineered the worst defeat at home in our history (137 years!) and clearly has no answers for the dire form of the team.

We're below Newcastle - a team whose fans are in rebellion with a manager who is chronically unpopular and a squad that had such little investment their two time la liga winning manager quit

The worst thing about close losses, and lucky draws in the league is that it makes sacking seem unreasonable - but 12 months of this dross is no knee jerk reaction

When is enough, enough? Sometimes change can be good for all involved
All your points are valid but Levy won’t sack him as it will cost too much money.

We only got a point at home against Sheffield United because we got gifted a goal and due to VAR bullshit. I love it.

He almost cost us twice and gets pushed off the ball too easily given his size.
I didn't say I thought he was faultless, nobody was but think he probably had the most credit in the bank, must have bailed dier out of jail half a dozen times

Maybe Kane has also given up on Pochs project.

Definitely, he was ambling around, completely disinterested with the ball in the opposition box and even on the edge of the box when the Kane of a couple of seasons ago would be looking to work an angle to shoot, he was just offloading the ball.

No doubt Poch will blame the rain yet it didn’t effect Sheff U did it!

Sam Allardyce could barely get in the top half with the likes Dourkaeff and Okocha.

We change the manager. If that happens, then ok. Fair enough. There's no clearly unreasonable reason not to.

But it's still a rebuild. And it'll still not be immediate trophies or scintillating football. And people will still be calling us a disgrace.

So whichever way we go, either stick with current disenfranchised crop of players, drop said players and play the new blood, or change the whole thing; we're going to have to suck it up this season.
We need better footballers in through the door.

A CDM and a CB of top quality are needed.

That 100m just on that.

If I see one of these fucking players on Social Media with their "we keep going, all in this together bullshit" my new Note 10 + is going for a burton. Embarrassing and Poch has to go. No rebuild, that ship has set sail, not time to sort it out, that ship has also gone. Go now, for the sake of this great club and hopefully just hopefully, we can get someone in, to steady the ship and get us away from the relegation zone, because make no mistake, we are in big trouble.

The one who finished in the top 8 four seasons in a row with bolton?

He finished in the top 8 with Everton too, with a worse squad and situation we're in.

That's not to be saying "BFS in", but there are managers who've done a lot better with a lot worse, so the Poch delusion needs to end.
