Wow overeaction or what. We've been getting the points recently. A lot of points, to the point where if we won today we would have gone 4th. Not a good performance but we need to contextualise this with some pretty good football recently.

Wolves was a very good performance away from home. People just expect us to roll over teams, which is a real issue because this isn't how this league works at all.
Im really at a lost for words with what youre saying. I give up.

After Jose said that he finally had a full week to train the boys, I was excited at kick off to see how they would play. How wrong was I to see this display today. What a downer.

Have you seen the guys fitness?
He has no right to start for our great club until he sorts himself out and gets fit, it’s half way through the season FFS, serious questions need to be asked about his attitude and commitment imo

At 30% fitness he is better than any other option we have

How can you be a football fan and partake in racist chants? I hope every single one of those abject wastes of human DNA get banned from entering a football stadium again.

Thoroughly outclassed by a team of bag average players and a manger who’s career is in its infancy. Pathetic.
What are bag avewrage players? Pleased you included a piece from a nativity play, you know that bit about away in a manger, no crib .......

See if Jose takes any responsibility for that shit show. That's what you get for starting a game with a wooden central midfield that was bound to run out of luck sooner or later. Atrocious display compounded by bringing Eriksen on who gave the ball away whenever possible (obviously competing with Dele in that respect). Total brainfarts from Gazza and Son. Feel sorry for our back line who have no option to hoof it long and wait for it to come back with interest.

This is a patched up team. Jose says the right things in terms of PR (unsurprisingly) but he and the players know very well who'll be staying for this next chapter and those who won't.

He's much more sanguine about things because: Lads. It's Tottenham.

No pressure really is there.

We can complain about individual players all day but fact of the matter is JM got this wrong tactically. Persisting with Dier and Sissoko in midfield meant we had no semblance of control in midfield. We were always going to be outplayed in the center of the pitch. Playing hoof ball is only going to for so long, until we get found out.

This has been coming for a while. It just needed a good technical team to teach us a lesson. It is time for JM to integrate TN and Lo Celso.
I agree that the tactics were wrong.

Though individually I thought Dier and Sissoko were fine. It looks like we don't play through the middle. The defense was sluggish to get things out. I think the second half we looked better, but the sending off killed the game.

I am starting to wonder if Mourinho sold himself as the “Special One” who could come in and fix the current squad as is without major player acquisitions in the transfer window. If you listen to Levy and Mourinho in the media they have been pretty consistent that no new signings are needed and we have the players in the current squad to have success. Unless Mourinho shows some tactical flexibility we are
3-4 signings away from being able to properly implement the system he wants to run.

Anthony Taylor needs to brush up on FIFA's rules. The game should have been stopped and the players sent to the dressing room after the first announcement failed to do anything.

Is there any footage or audio of the racism?

we didn't see or hear anything in commentary, jsut the camera on Azpilicueta informing the ref who then went over to the bench. Something will crop up on Twitter and Reddit later no doubt

The players are talented. Amongst the most talented in the league. However, their mentality is pure crap and amongst the worst in the league.

Jose needs to get in their heads and bring the top mentality to the surface. If not then we are destined to repeat this shit again and again.

We are the football equivalent of Phil Connors.

I said after the Wolves game we were due a hiding, would have got it today had Chelsea not been so out of form. Chelsea celebrating like they won the league, still fear the worst is yet to come unless we sort out our tactics.

Because your talking absolute shite. Your blaming the racism in today’s match on... the ‘left’ for ‘stirring up race conflict’.

You’re confused.
Bullshit. I didn't positively specify a cause. No one even knows these people's names yet let alone their history. I suggested that the left's - real - hyping of race conflict might be a cause, which it very well might - a subject for further inquiry. I don't see what your problem is beyond reading a definitiveness into my post which wasn't there.

Look at the passion at the end from fat Frank!
That is how much that game means to fans and clubs, you can take defeat but it is the lack of effort, lack of passion, lack of fucking caring that pisses me off the most.
Every single one of them should be fined..
Aurier, Gazza, Dier should NEVER get in this sider again
Son should be seriously fined this is happening too often now.

So much wrong with that, don't know where to start.

No energy, no pace in midfield, stupid fucking mistakes again, and players who are unable to cope with pressure games. No matter how many times I see the Gazzaniga pen back, I'm never gonna know what the fuck he was thinking.

Off the field was even more fucking stupid.

I’m not surprised. Racists have felt emboldened in the last few years sadly. No one should be shocked. They were always there, now they feel they can speak their minds. Hopefully they are identified, named, shamed, lose their jobs and banned from all football grounds for life.
How can you say emboldened? They’ve always existed and now are much more likely to be picked out and taken to task over it. Emboldening is what used to happen, i.e. nobody talked about it and they carried on
