I think that keeping a clean sheet would be nearly as important as getting a win today. We SO need one for our defensive confidence.

1-0 would be a better result for us than 4-1 today, IMO.
I’d take 3-2 or 4-2 any day. Confidence yes, I see your point. So let’s compromise and hope for 3-0

A game we need to win. The loss vs Utd and continually leaking goals is worrying.
Games vs Burnley are never open and horrible to watch.
Though believe we will win would not be surprised if we didnt - so actually gone with a 1-0 reverse

Not sure Moura deserves to start. Time to start Lo Celso instead.
Won't happen, he will be on the bench until 85th. I was hesitant to put Ndombele in there, not sure if he will get the start, might be Dier.

Yes, for sure, let's bench the one player who has been waiting for, has been deserving, and now is actually given a run and a shot at getting the hang of it, for a player who has not the same experience, not at all one-for-one identical types of strengths and who when started in Lucas' position showed no reason for why he should be a given starter.

Absolute starters for me are Aurier, Vertonghen, Dier, Lucas, Dele (and of course Kane, who starts if he can even walk steadily). If Ndombele can be tossed in there, I'd be happy.

Early goal for us, make them open up.

Doubtful on the clean sheet. Team selection is a thing of wonder at the moment.

Whipping boy bingo anyone?

It annnoys me that you used not one hyphen. But that’s probably just because I’m a sanctimonious twat of a teacher.

Is not how I’ll be marking the kids’ work later.

When’s Lamela due back? I’d prefer to see him and Son switching sides, than Moura and Son.

I love "Burnley haven't won consecutive League games against us since 1975."

"Calling Doctor Tottenham...Doctor Tottenham, please report to your as-yet-unnamed, non-fortress new stadium immediately, please! Patient Burnley needs a bit of assistance, post haste!"

Hostage to fortune.

I’d like Lo Celso to start on the right instead of Moura. Lucas is far more effective off the bench. I’d like Skipp to start with Ndombele. I’d also like world peace and a cure to cancer, so we’ll see how this goes...
