Why? Flop played about six games for Sunderland, most of them in the Championship. I don't think anyone could have predicted that Stoke would pay insane money for him.

48.45: SAVE - GOMES. Javi Gonzalez whipped in free-kick from right met by Santacruz header six yards out, Gomes instinctive fingertip around the post diving to his right.

OK now he's getting going.

He should have held it!!

I know it's only preseason but while he's been on the picth in the friendlies Dos Santos has been on the ball alot. Doesn't sound like he lacks the confidence to demand the ball and get involved amongst more senior players.

Before I get involved with the keeper debates - and like many once again I just couldn't get on here to post my views

I want to say well done to Captain Jenas

For all the Jenas doubters and Jenas bashers out there :)

To all the people who sai JJ will be out of the door or should be out of the door this summer :)

I think there are way too many on this site that rub one out to a Jenas wallbanger

Blimey - now my computer's cut out on me midway through a JJ post -

so to continue as I've been saying all summer long JJ will start v Boro (fitness permitting)

My offer of 6/4 that JJ will start more gmes than GDs

or 6/4 that JJ will start more games than Lennon

oe evens the pair still stnds (virtual cash of course - it's about the principle not the money)

as does my offer that if someone ants to give me 6/4 that JJ will start more games than Modric - I'll take too

once again to all the JJ out brigade :)

good job he's still here - we're gonna need him as we've needed him for the past 3 seasons :)

No Keane - Calm down dear!

Word from a fairly reliable ITK on 606 is Keane was there cheering on the boys from the sidelines, he will play full 90 mins against Norwich on Mon nite, Bent will get a rest....

On Hutton....Big Al took a slight knock in training, nothing serious...

Peace out.

now to continue with the alnwick fulop biz - this one I lost half the post due to server crash

I repeat this swap which I understood also involved us giving sunderland £500,000 plus Fulop is beginning to looke like bad business to me -

we'll see of course - may be wrong

I also would like to know why Alnwick wasn't in spain if he's rated - did he really come home - I honestly don't know

But it seems that Jansson might be needed this season - so let's hope he's good

Does anyone know the proper formation. Sounded like 4-4-2 to me.

Hi DP - Would you care to elaborate?

I would have have said there's way too many people on this site, spurs sites in general and in the grounds on matchdays who completely underrate and verbally attack JJ for no good reason
