Ally Gold reporting from Jose's presser: PEH will miss the first Denmark match in Denmark as it's a friendly, he's suspended for the second - the Nations cup match - but will travel to Belgium for the third and does not have to quarantine on return.

Just found a little toy on Spurs website , player stats that I hadn't realised were there with touches etc for each player, here are the stats for PEH yesterday, just hope he doesn't miss many games this season his involvement in the game is on Moussa Dembele levels,

He's just a fantastic player and exactly what we need in the middle of the park. He's a leader and that is something we have missed for quite some time now. I mentioned when we were linked to him many months ago that I felt he would be a fantastic signing and so far he's certainly proved to be.

What stands out to me so far is that he is getting incrementally better for each match and there's a trajectory in the right direction. To me many fans have been too quick with strong superlatives, but the constant improvement is really what matters at this point in the season.

Save your breath Big Dave on his sofa in Edmonton saw him follow Mourinhos instructions rather than whip in a killer ball from 75 yards away so he will be known as shit for eternity now. Unfortunately with some of our players they aren't allowed to be young and have periods where they need to evolve as players. Look at Dier he's been fantastic lately but every Facebook post about England or Spurs is full of people calling him shit because he played as a CM to help the team for a couple of years ago and people were disgusted he wasn't Modric.
