So many injuries, this is the best I can think of:
Jenas, Defoe, Ekotto and Pav to provide some form of width. Ekotto and Jenas will really need to push on.

Almost tempted to go with Bassong at RB and Hudd as a CB. I expect Crouch to start because Pav and/or Defoe will have to play against Madrid.

Even if we could, technically recall Naughton and end his loan early, he's not on the submitted squad list and wouldn't be eligible to play.

VDV should be dropped - might make more of an impact in last 30 mins of games at the minute as he's doing F all from the start.
We need to go with 2 up top, though thats 2 of 3 very bad choices at the minute.
If we have Sandro and Hudd in middle, and Bale and Lennon are fit, then playing Luka further up field might help, playing off (I cant believe I am sayign this) Pav. Or we play 433 with Lennon and Bale playing off Pav and Modric, Sandro and Hudd in the middle???

I said this earlier but where are the goals going to come from? If we drop VDV, only Bale and Pav have scored more than 3 goals this season, neither has scored more than 1 for every two starts, so realistically we are looking at scoring 1 goal tomorrow with that lineup. Either Bale or Pav will score it.
I know that's not exactly how it works in real life but you have to consider such things. Lennon is the third highest scorer with 3 goals which basically means there's a 1 in 10 chance he scores tomorrow.
We need to put as many players on the field who know how to find the back of the net as we can. That means VDV, Niko, Hudd, and Kaboul all start if fit imo, and Bale moves to LB.
