I saw us win it 3 times before I was 21.

if you had told me when Mabbs went up to lift the cup on that glorious day in May 1991 that we wouldn't even be in another final for the next 33 years, I would have laughed at you.

In the last couple of years I'd swap an FA Cup for top 4 ever day of the week.......Carabao Cup too.
That is the conundrum of modern football, Champions League matches and money vs the glory of winning a cup. Only a few can do both.

No VAR at Blackburn so probably wasn't picked up.
The linesman have one job at a penalty. Still they fail every single time.
Like, what are they looking at? Standing there stareing at the line like it's the last thing they'll ever do. To see if the ball is over the line when we anyways have goal line technology? :censored:
Think I've only seen VAR actually apply this rule. Never seen a linesman or ref do it.

Flipped to Man United v. Forrest - how do they allow both teams to play in these shirts? It's like watching a mirror image. Surely if we have to wear the 3rd kit as often as we do - this would be the match for a 3rd kit.

Hurts us being out so early on and seeing a lot of PL teams having had far easier draws. Would’ve liked to have at least made the QF’s this year.

Call me a romantic but I think the FA Cup is almost the trophy I want us to win most at the moment / next. I know it’s not valued anywhere near the same as it was but it’s still woven deeply into our great clubs history and I’d dearly love to see us win it again soon or even just bloomin make a final again for the first time in 30 odd years.
Yeah I feel the same. Want us to win it badly.

But this is the issue. We have had good draws in the past and failed to capitalise.

That has to change

Varane's done an Endo from the final. I disagree massively with the Endo decision but if this also gets done for offside then at least there's consistency

And the goal is given.

Nobody knows the fucking rules do they, least of all the refs.

Varane looked well offside to me.

Why are BBC announcing Rooney being on their coverage like anybody cares who the pundits are on football coverage? I love paying my TV license fair play.

You go into the evening hoping for four results and three don't go the way I was hoping for. Just need Wolves to fuck up for the full set.

I still dont understand Nuno’s management whatsoever.
Only really been good when Mendes has bought him a complete squad tailor made for his tactics at Wolves.

I don't see how he moulds players he inherits from previous setups, it doesn't seem like he's able to do that. But then granted Forest's signing policy has been a basket case for two years anyway.

Still beggars belief how we ended up with NoNo as our manager. Seems like a (very) bad dream.

Amazing that Chelsea have such a good chance of being in an FA Cup semi-final, after already being in a Carabao Cup final, all whilst being absolute dog shit.

They've had very favourable draws in both competitions, Villa was their hardest game.

They'll get whacked at Wembley by any one of Liverpool/City/Utd

Spawniest team both on and off the field I’ve ever seen.
I remember Man U under Fergie and the amount of times they’d pop up with a ‘Fergie time’ winner was ridiculous but they were decent teams as much as it pains me to say it.
That lot have just lucked out on so much sine the Russian took over it’s ridiculous.

Personal gripe with the adulation over the liverpool kids, no doubt very talented and a great academy but i dont like the way they go about things.

Tonights liverpool scorer (danns), broke my sons ankle a few years back, horrible, late challwnge, broke his ankle in half, not sent off as thats rare in acadely football, and part of the game wirh injuries.

What sickened me was that every single liverpool coach just walked past my lad laying on thr floor screaming amd didnt even stop to console him, yet alone look in his direction.

Is what it is i guess, missed out on going to the gothia cup, i lost out on a grand paying for it too!

Got that off my chest 🤣
