Yeah im Poch in as you know but if he doesnt do the things you mentioned and get some results then I only see one outcome and I dont think there will be much of an argument to say it was the wrong decision. Im desperate for him to make a series of good choices.
We all are (I think) but he doesn’t look like he’s going to do it. Week after week he makes the same mistakes.

Anyway, I think we will win Sunday. Don’t know why other than we have to win away from home eventually and Everton usually set up in a way we usually do well to exploit. It’s almost the perfect away game for us. Theoretically.

We will win away from home eventually what we need is to draw someone like say Colchester in one of the cups which will give us our confidence back, er wait hold on we did that and could only manage three shots on target so fuck it we are fucked ? :joyful:

Metalhead

But that's a debate for another thread.....

Even those who continue to support Poch (and I admire and understand their stance BTW) will have a near impossible task of continuing that if we were to lose/even draw and play poorly this weekend.

A good performance and a win and nothing less is needed here. If not he just HAS to go surely?
Are you confident that DL would sack him if we lost?

Some funny anti-Poch takes, suggesting this is a win or 'die' game. It's nothing of the sort, though it would be nice if Poch stopped picking hopelessly out-of-form and uncommitted players.

Of course, if Aurier starts Poch should be sacked 5 mins before kick off :cautious:

Why do we want him sacked. Surely we want him to turn it around?
But more fundamentally than that we all of us just want Tottenham to do well, and so if there are people who don't believe he will turn it around now (I'm one, for info) then wanting him sacked so that hopefully someone else can come in and achieve that turnaround instead is a perfectly logical position to take.

Lamela always gets bloody inured from nowhere, he played the full 90 vs Red Star too before this injury, thought this injury would just be a precaution but now it sounds more serious

Guess that was the reason he was not involved in the Liverpool game. At least it’s not his back or hip.

If we win the next 8 games in a row, including at Old Trafford and against Chelsea, we'll probably just be 4th on goal difference at Christmas. There's no more time - we only have a couple of games left to turn it around before the focus for our season turns to the Hail Mary of trying to win one of the European trophies.

After watching the disappointment of the rugby it's back to disappointment with spurs and strangely both are similar, each like to big up the big stage but when we both get presented with a chance it's a no show on the day and embarassment. :cautious:

It's completely illogical actually. You're essentially saying you want somebody else to turn it around instead of wanting Poch to turn it around. It makes very little sense .

Offered without comment:

I want Victor Wanyama to start playing like Ngolo Kante. I don't think Victor Wanyama has it in him to start playing like Ngolo Kante. I would like Victor Wanyama to be replaced in the squad by someone who I think could play like Ngolo Kante.
