gosh... seriously the game is rubbish. if it was one goal difference it would be a cracking last 20mins...

the way the competition has been going, the semis have been crap. hope the final is better.

Possibly because Germany have been truly pathetic rather than Italy being truly great? This is hardly a classic match for the ages. Germany literally look like a team of amateurs out there. Just look at that last attempt where it was 1 on 1 with Neuer for a good 20 yards because the defense was utterly mystified as how to deal with a standard long ball. That isn't Italian greatness, that is poor playing on the part of Germany, but that is just me.

Italy have defended fantastically, restricted Ozil and Schweinsteiger in midfield and been clinical with Balotelli - for me Italy by far deserve to go through and are worthy winners from their own play.
