Gonna be Munich

Guy I do business with is a sponsor of BM and says its a done deal although will cost more than the €75m buyout clause as massive agent fee to pay as well, this is reason Lewandowski not being offer contract extension so they have majority of wages needed too.

Athletico only signed Dembele back in Jan. He hasn't even really had a chance to settle and they're already looking to add more to the mix. A little strange.

Suarez isn't getting any younger, and they need more strikers then us, they play 442, and Marcos Llorente the defensive mid is regularly is one of the strikers. It's not that strange really, they need 4 strikers.

Bunch of quotes from the Fiorentina president. Not sure when exactly they're from but seemed to be more than what I saw yesterday:

"I have never put Vlahovic on the market and I offered him the biggest contract in the history of Fiorentina," Commisso told TGR RAI Toscana.
“So he should sign the renewal and then we'll see what happens next year.
“Vlahovic has never been put up for sale by Fiorentina, even if everything is happening around him with agents and the clubs that want to do deals in the final stages of the transfer session.
“It's therefore true that there is news 'about' Vlahovic, but the right offer has never arrived. And even if it did arrive, I don't think he will leave this season."
Vlahovic's current contract runs to 2023 and the proposal is to extend until 2026 with a salary of €4m per season.
“Look, we're talking about a lot of money here, the biggest salary package ever offered by Fiorentina. I am happy for him, but he needs to extend this contract, then if the lad wants to go elsewhere, we can talk about it next year. But not now," continued Commisso.
“He has to understand and recognise that it was Rocco, his family and Fiorentina who brought him to where he is now."

Seems to be quite a firm stance and obviously we can all appreciate his view what with the fuss about Harry Kane.

That said, he needs to stop being a dick and let us have his player ? ?

Sounds to me like he's showed his hand here and how desperate he is for Vlahovic to put ink to paper on a new deal. He's commenting repeatedly on the magnitude of the deal they've put forward. He says "he should sign" "be he needs to". All sounds like he knows if a bid comes then he'll have to do the business.

Basically trying to bully Vlahovic into extending his deal. Question is what they do if the player does not do that…

My guess would be that his agents have a deal lined up with somebody and are saying sit tight, the offer is coming. The question will be whether that is indeed us or not.

This sounds very similar to what Ralph spouted to the media about Danny Ings.

I am preparing myself the next major breaking news of him will be him appearing in AM tweets saying he's signed. Like how Ings went to Villa when we are still debating should we sign him. ?

It would make sense regarding Kane and if he goes or stays. Waiting for that to be settled then it can let them know where we stand so they know okay sign the extension or go to Atletico Madrid should they make the offer.

Haaland has a clause that can only be activated summer of 2022 where he can leave Dortmund for €75M to €100M.
Plus about £50m agents fees and a bid for who can offer the most appealing signing on fee and wage (in excess of £500k a week probably). It’s going to be a huge transfer when all that’s taken into consideration.

I think get him now if we got the money. Regardless of Kane staying, I feel mentally he will no longer be here anyways.

Those are my thoughts too. Kane will probably leave anyway next summer if he does not get his move now (opinion). And at some point we will have to plan for life after Kane.

So in the whole of world football is it basically only this guy and - maybe - Alexander Isak who are under 23 and good enough to come in and score 15+ goals in the Prem this season?

I find the dearth of striker options utterly bizarre. Does football not produce goal scorers anymore or is everyone now a ‘wide forward’ who scores 10-12 goals a season?

Just find it all rather odd. If we get £150m for Kane we should be able to spend under half of that money and find a striker of a very good level.

Hardly bullying. It's no different to what we or any other club does. The only difference is how different clubs/players/agents let things play out in the press.

Rocco Commisso is a clown, not surprised he'd put out something like this. He put out a bunch of useless statements about the NY Cosmos falling apart too (he owns them), means nothing.
