:ROFLMAO: Holy shit, I just burst out laughing at the split second hesitation at the beginning where he waits for the all clear to move.

The first upward swing of his right hand looks like he’s just caught a guaranteed six at the boundary and lobbed the ball skyward.
the little look left to make sure he's doing it correct got me :ROFLMAO:

It's all about money for that club. They choose which social issues to speak out against, they choose to fire scouts and employees, they choose to freeze out their highest paid player hoping he would cancel his contract and save them money. Just an all around disgraceful club.
To be honest, Laboog, that's what every corporate involvement in social movements is about - and not just Arsenal's.

It's just virtue signalling so they can a) grab a slice of the constituency that's being supported, be it people of colour, women, gay people, ehat-have-you; and b) to protect themselves against blowback if someone screams that they're not doing anything to support the movement du jour. Why do you think when those issues are approached by corporations it's done by their marketing departments?

He looks like a man who has only very recently discovered that he has arms.

I understand what you’re saying but in Arsenal’s case they refused to back their best player in an issue that is not only very important to him but also very easy to side with. Standing against slave camps in another country. Arsenal released some nonsense about staying out of political issues only to throw themselves into the mix of BLM not even a year later.

Oh, of course, absolutely. I didn't offer up my point as any defence of them - it was untrammelled hypocrisy.
