I’ve got no sympathy for Alonso. He killed someone and got off without so much as a whimper.
Me neither but my point is fans will literally chant anything to get a reaction

It wasn't based almost entirely on immigration, where have you been for the last 6 weeks.
Name me one thing that the FLA team have said that is racist ? you need to do some research before you start making accusations, as for the Spurs fan being head of the FLA, why don't you arrange to meet up with him for a chat so you can explain why you are implying that he is a racist.
A lot of talking but not one racist quote from the racist DFLA, might well be a convicted hooligan but do you have any evidence of him being a racist which is the topic ?Seriously? Defending the FLA? The Spurs fan being spoken of above is a convicted hooligan. I think we all know what is going on with these knuckleheads.
What? What have you been watching for the past 6 weeks? Immigration was barely even mentioned, the election was mainly about 'getting Brexit done' as the slogan was.Can I agree and disagree?
Anybody who is trying to say ‘no evidence, we don’t have a problem’ is a moron.
As is anyone saying ‘accusation is all that’s needed’
We, like every other club in the game in this country, have a racist element to our support.
I heard fans on the train laughing about Rudigers claims. They didn’t exactly say ‘well he deserved it’ but they were insinuating it at the very least.
Until the powers that be actually do something about all racism in the game, it’s not going to stop. Call these scumbags out for what they are and make a proper example of them. We need to police such stuff better as fans ( when it happens )
Gary Neville got on his soapbox but he has a point. We’ve just had a general election based almost entirely on immigration. Our prime minister has a history of making ignorant, racist remarks. It’s a society problem. Chuck in the tribal culture at football and the high emotions the game brings to fans and they’ll literally go to any lengths to insult and offended opposition fans and players.
Yesterday we had us chanting about Alonso being a murderer, Chelsea ‘shhhhhhing’ which is what they now do to mimic the gas chambers, it goes to show the lengths people go to and what people accept as being so called ‘banter’ ( absolute shithouse word that is used to excuse insults and a basic lack of wit usually )
Do you have any evidence ? no, goodbye'prove that he has said something racist'. Sort of shit Tommy Robinson fanboys come out with, ignoring the very substance of their chosen 'cause'

Has anyone of the DFLA team been convicted of hate speech / hate crime, made racist comments ? no, bye.Football must send a clear message to far-right groups
The Democratic Football Lads Alliance has become a vehicle to spread Islamophobic hate in the name of football and should not be welcome in our game, writes Sam Cunningham.inews.co.uk

I'm sorry, but this is all ridiculous. The absolute state of this country, the media, pundits, our political class, Twitter and the 'anti-racist' mob. There is zero evidence or proof that anyone made monkey chants. No cameras picked up it, no smartphones or microphones recorded it, no stewards heard it, no fans in the same area heard it, no other players heard it, the managers didn't hear it. Nobody heard it because it's highly likely that Rudiger mishead booing and jeering and because of the racism hysteria that is being whipped up by certain elements of our society he mistook it for monkey chants. Easily done in a stadium of 50,000 people making noise and chanting so i'm not calling him a liar. For him to have heard monkey chants from that distance away somebody would have to be bellowing it, everybody around the person would have heard it, not just Rudiger alone. Yet it seems that nobody else did, so how does that make any sense?
In a civilised society we wait for proof and evidence before we cast down a verdict of guilt, apparently when it comes to accusations of racism from a member of a non-white ethnic group that standard no longer applies. The hysteria and over-reaction to this is absolutely insane, its as though a fan ran onto the pitch and put a knife into Rudiger. Why on earth is Downing Street commenting on this? Why on earth are the PFA releasing such a statement before waiting for evidence? Why on earth are the media going full whack pitchfork mode before waiting for confirmation that it actually happened?
If it did happen then its madness and the person responsible should be banned for life, but what is even more madness is this ludicrous level of 'racism hysteria' and over-reaction by those with a political and ideological motive to do so. Let's not beat around the bush, that is a clear part of this from some. We have a Tory government and voted Brexit, and many who are politically opposed to these things are using these claims as a way to say our society is seeing a massive increase in racism and pin it on them.
We are now at a point in our society where even accusations of racism such as this with no proof or evidence to validate the claims seem to be treated on par with, if not worse than murder, rape, or violent physical assaults. From the media reaction you would think 'racism' is the worst possible crime a human being can ever commit. It's absolute madness, total hysteria. Shame on those of you fuelling it before waiting for actual evidence that it happened. That is not how it should work.
Don't need to have been arrested to be a racist....Has anyone of the DFLA team been convicted of hate speech / hate crime, made racist comments ? no, bye.
If you want to use the "where is the evidence" defence you are going to trip yourself up. Because there's plenty.Do you have any evidence ? no, goodbye
It's called waiting for evidence and proof before we cast down a verdict of guilty, one of the absolute cornerstones of Western Civilisation. Which part of that is hard for you to understand?fucking hell, out crawl some right wing nutters to defend neonazi football hooligan groups and denounce the 'anti-racism' mob.
Problem meet the nutshell.
I don't think he was talking about your post. I think we do need evidence before we punish anyone, but condemning racism after this incident is the right thing to do.It's called waiting for evidence and proof before we cast down a verdict of guilty, one of the absolute cornerstones of Western Civilisation. Which part of that is hard for you to understand?
Why can't you just say racism exists in football and we need to root it out? This is a good post, as a POC this is exactly how I feel, the hysteria and over reaction surrounding this is totally mad especially since there's no actual evidence of any racial abuse as of yet. I appreciate people finally taking a stand to racism (I mean it's taken them a while to understand how deep rooted it is and stand up so well done I suppose) for it but incidents like these don't do anything to eradicate the issue because ultimately we're just going of one person's word without any evidence so whilst it's nice that people are showing awareness it's important to not let incidents like this cloud our judgement over future incidents which involve ethnic players - we don't want to set a 'crying wolf' precedent so when it really happens it's not treated with any real conviction.
Still no answer to the questionDon't need to have been arrested to be a racist....
Look at this link and tell me that these guys are a nice bunch of people.
I'm giving banana thrower benefit of doubt. His biggest crime was throwing an object towards an arsenal player. The banana skin was imo the nearest thing he could see that he could throw
