Surprised Chris Hughton isn't linked with either West Ham or Everton. I'd rather have him than David Moyes.

Cant say I am really, I know a few Brighton fans (stop it) and I got it horribly wrong when I said it was sad that Hughton got sacked. Most apparently couldn't wait to get rid of him, negative football, even at home seemed to be the main reason.

He definitely is a bit too defensive, and he doesn't have a good record when it comes to signing attacking players, but he still done a very good job at Brighton and has with every club he's managed. I'd like to see what he could do with a better team and a bit more to spend. It's not as if Moyes is going to have them playing attractive football either.

One of the guys on Football Weekly said that he's let it be known that he's interested in the West Ham job.

Oh yeah totally agree, just at least Moyes has something in the tank from Everton I guess, I would have thought Chrissy Hughton might have to go back to the Championship to get his next gig though.

Only way I can see them staying up is if the go for Sam but I think even he’d turn them down.

That wouldn't be a bad appointment. He's been out a job for a while so he'd probably take it.

Hughton had been linked with the job as well. I'd rather see him there than at West Ham.
