Wonder who the next person everyone will get hyped about and waste a week fawning over before we somehow fuck it up.

Just give up caring everyone. Club doesn’t care about you.

Nobody could blame the guy for that, the blame and frustration comes because we're 3 months into a manager search and somehow stuck at the starting line.
But we don't know that, we have ITK saying there were others we were talking to. People have only assumed that Slot was 'close' because of the press., when infact he wasn't as he'd not even sat down with his own club until yesterday.

I remember following a mid table team, it was OK, a little bit of excitement when we fought hard to make Europa.

I guess it'll be a relief not having anything to play for. Less stress for sure.

Bottom line is something has gone sideways, if this was how he felt he would have said it a few days ago instead of lubing up and showing his bare arse to us in that presser. The turnaround is monumental.

There are other very very good candidates available. I mean Nagelsmann and Gallardo are right there. This really doesn’t have to be a disaster. Question is will Levy pick wisely.

On thing is for certain, now there is zero excuse not to tie up a DoF asap.
I think he is out of excuses.

People will try and defend this as they always do because.. but the optics are terrible.

This is a chairman having his name sung in a negative light at every game, a chairman whose reputation is down the drain and having articles written about how he is not good enough anymore and a chairman who knows he has to get this right.

So he decided to ignore the obvious choice in Poch to get everyone back on board., then he makes sure everyone knows he doesn't want the most qualified candidate and now he has lost out on his top candidate.

Sure there can be reasons but it isn't good enough. Compare us and them financially , it's a different universe, this doesn't happen if we're serious.

At this rate no matter what he does it's going to look like he's shooting in the dark desperately and that's the last thing you want with such an important decision.

I'd say this can't carry on but it will. People will defend him no matter how much he hurts the club and the fanbase hasn't got the desire to really do what's needed to get him out but it's heartbreaking as we have so much potential to build something special but this man is so out of his depth.

Nagelsmann is the one, he would make so much sense and you know his DOF choices would also be good. I'm praying Levy panics and gives in.

Levy needs to go to Naglesmann, ask him which DOF he wants and hire them both.

We aren’t getting Nagelsmann. It’s going to be someone like the bloke from Celtic, Glasner, Enrique or potter or rodgers. In fact, who would be surprised if we got turned down by that lot too?

It must be Levy. People just aren’t that desperate for a job that they’d tolerate working with him.

Negotiating his exit from the club was never going to happen in one day. There are so many things to discuss. Slot wants to come and we will be aware of what we need to pay to get him, so in my eyes it's just a matter of time.

1 or 2 bad moves + kane going and we all of a sudden could look like everton...

This form table of last 10 games has been a tough watch
