I dont think we have any excuses this year. We have spent money, we have no injuries, full pre season and full rest, we have our stadium and no distractions anywhere.

Man Shitty - players yet to come back but strong
Liverscum - i think they wont be as strong as last season and few players yet to come back
Chelscum - rookie manager and lost their star
Manure - could do something but in reality i think they will have a few struggles but wont be as bad as last year

Leicester - will be a dark horse as are Wolves

Is that to say if we dont win the league is it a failure? no but we have a great chance particularly if we add the two or three and keep Toby and CE.

I do think that Poch and the players will be aiming for the league particularly with the signings.

What I tried to emphasise in my post is that Liverscum having some of the problems we had last summer and so are Man Shitty. We have and will continue to strengthen. I think there comes a point when its like we best go for this... we have more or less retained our central defenders, added steel to our midfield, got our main striker fully fit and rested. Cant wait.

Then again i wont be surprised if we lose to Villa opening game...

We were fighting for the league title up until late february, when everyone lost their legs. The first team quality was good enough, the depth quality not. Hopefully Ndombele, Lo Celso, more youth at fullback and a injury free Kane season will change things.
We're as good as any team in the world on our day, now it's about the consistency.

Noticed Ozil having a pop about trophies just thought he might like to know that we were the first British club to win a trophy in Europe.
We were the first club to win the europa cup 1972.we were the first club to win the double in the 20th century .
There have been many other firsts which allude me at this time but my point is Arsenal for the Wenger period had the better of us .
But we have had our moments in football history and tho in recent years Arsenal have had a big edge over us things do change and I feel the winds of change and our time is coming and will be all the sweeter for having the barren years .
Ozil will be long gone and forgotten along with the other spurs hating gooner players who I am sure have been taught to hate spurs as the rhetoric from some of there players and indeed ex players border on sheer hate.
I hope our players continue with dignity and restraint and refuse to go tit for tat.
