Are commentators constantly blowing smoke up West Ham’s asses or am I just being too sensitive?

Don't have a problem with Lucas starting. Think he will be better served coming on in the second half as legs tire. Dele was a shout but think both he and Lucas played well on Thursday and both can be clumsy in possession, Jose has picked Lucas which is fine with me.

Honestly feel I'd prefer Toby and Rodon at the back, but trust Jose with his selection. Reguillon and Tanganga at FB is great, really pleasing.

COYS!

You cant expect players who have had no game time to suddenly start 2 games in 4 days. Expect to see Dele and Bale 2nd half. It might benefit us if the scoreline is tight heading into that final 30.

If Bale and Dele were doing those flicks and constantly losing the ball like Lucas against City, they would never play for Spurs again. I'm Jose in but he's a hypocrite. Lucas was the worst player on the pitch but 'cause he scored a good goal against farmers, we are back with playing a weaken team in a must win game.

Jose has to win or he's finished. Can't lose 5/6 and hang around mid table. Sanchez got humiliated last game against Gundogan, let's see how he does against Antonio.

Can understand Rodon if he isn't starting to not make the bench as tanaganga can play CB and so can Toby but he should be starting ahead of Sanchez

Just been on their Kumb forum. They're shit scared of Son and Kane up against Diop and they are none too happy about Mourinho kidding them into thinking Reguilon wouldn't start.

It doesn't take a genius to work out that we're shit scared of the thought of Soucek and Dawson marauding in our box for corners against Dier and Sanchez and Antonio putting the wind up em.

Let's see how it pans out. COYS !!!!

Annoys me when Sky do this, there are no Villa or Leicester fans watching yet, their game is 2-3 hours away! No-one watching gives a fuck about Maddison or Grealish

Kane should have a field day against their centre halves. We have to get him the ball of course for that to happen but if you think we lack quality in that position see the pairing west ham are playing today.

The camp is all about projecting a positive attitude in the media at the moment so no excuses. Time to deliver.

Biggest game of Mourinho's time here. Pivotal.

Huge importance.

It wouldn't be insurmountable - but a real up hill challenge to sneak in to the top 4 if we lost today in my opinion. I've got a good feeling about us going forward today though.

I am really glad to see Jose has picked our fastest defenders as it means we will play a fairly high line when in possession. This in turn means our WFs will spend more time attacking and less time having to do intensive sprints to get back to be an auxiliary full back. Personally I wanted Bale and Dele instead of Lamela and Moura, but those two do give us greater intensity which on reflection will be needed in a London derby.

Call me pessimistic, but I've got no confidence in any of the 3 guys behind Kane to look after the ball. We will be turning over possession for fun today.
Got to hope we score the 3 shots on target we might have and block the 26 shots they will have.
