taking their best players as back up for us would make us stronger. They have struggled in the past 12 months or so (since HR left then the mass exodus) but before that they were a very decent side and we are creaming off their best players!! i would much rather James to Cudicini and Kranjcar is good LM/CM cover when every1 else is fit!

dont want james we dont need him on the pay roll we have the best 2 keepers in the league we dont need to fix this position

That's how I read it, Pringle and appears to have been missed by most of the posters on this thread. POTL seems to be saying that if we bring in a certain player (presumably a keeper) then we wont be buying James.

it is hard to get both Kranjicar and James, they can sell both but not for us.

I think we have a lot of options for both positions, but i think James-Cudicini swap must be very likely.
