I think the council's rule is that restrictions have to be in place if we have an attendance of over 10k, so the club will probably decide on this nearer the time depending on how many tickets we sell. If it's over that number, there will likely be the exact same restrictions as for the men's matches which I believe are quite strong.Anyone know if there is parking close to the stadium for match against Man U? Do the schools etc. operate parking for the women's match? Taking arthritic family member but she is not a blue badge holder. Any ideas welcome.
There’s another game in the US on Wednesday I think and there’s a friendly at Chelsea later on in August. Are there no other friendlies planned before the United game?
Yeah I think so too, especially with so many squad changes, we need as much game time as possible to figure out the best 11.Yeah, its actually quite rare to even have this much of a public schedule in pre season. I imagine we may also play a couple of lower teams closer to the season.
Hopefully there'll be a bit more engagement once the season actually starts. I for one certainly intend to watch a few games. But like a lot of people I'm pretty new to this side of the game and don't really have much to contribute yet. To be honest, I don't think you're really helping - how do you expect people to start posting about something they're trying to get into when, rather than sharing your own knowledge and love of the game, you're just out-of-the-blue hitting out at people who haven't been around so much before? As a woman who follows Spurs, right now I feel like if I watch a game and post my thoughts on some of the players, you're going to start ranting and raving rather than actually discussing them.Anyone remember that time two weeks ago when this page was buzzing with chat about investment and backing? You all hiding in the shadows or did you just want something to fucking moan about when you didn't have a fucking clue?!
Absolutely don't want to alienate people with a genuine new interest in THWFC, apologies. I shall dip from this thread from now on, as don't want to detract people away from our fantastic team. Hope you enjoy the season and we all do. COYS!Hopefully there'll be a bit more engagement once the season actually starts. I for one certainly intend to watch a few games.
