Same, never understand why people are that stupid to award someone a negative rating when they pass on ITK they don't like.

And to those who persist in doing this, there's a difference between the person putting the info up and the person who actually said it. We encourage people to whore ITK and post it up for everyone to see, giving these dumb or otherwise negative ratings is actually punishing them and not the person who actually made the post and in turn that discourages anyone from putting up ITK and in turn makes the ITK forums less informed and spoils it for everyone.

So doing that is dumb. Dumber than snot.

In all seriousness, there are people in a better position than all of us who will do their homework on each candidate on our shortlist.
We have no idea how each candidate works behind the scenes. How they interact with players, staff. How much time they spend on tactics, preparing for each game. How much attention they pay to sports science, youth development etc...
I expect the work will be done to find the best man and we can all trust the club to PPV the right man in charge.

A likeable setup could be Blanc+his assistants+Ledley+Sherwood & Inglethorpe (continuing in their present roles)

Maybe Friedal or Carlo as keepers coach if Parkes ends up going.

I think that could be classy, forward thinking, and turn out to be a winnable combo. Although Eva Caneiro from Chelsea might be a nice female addition....haha
