Groundhog day again for spurs on TDD
Oh the surpriseI am now not as confident, not optimistic. Not sitting on any fence.
History tells us we need more than just them. from all over the pitch, from a goalscoring pov.
We may not need to score more goals my point is where the goals come from. And I agree goals can come from anywhere sadly at Spurs they don't the majority come from Kane and Son. We haven't signed Traore so that's a mute point. And we are still in a European competition no matter how you view it we tried playing with a second string side and were utterly toothless upfront hence the second leg Kane played and took us through with his goals.Firstly, we don't need to score more goals this season, that wasn't our problem last season, Chelsea finished 4th and scored 10 goals less than we did.
Secondly, there's a way to get more goals from the team without them having to come from a ST. Adding Traore will open teams up more and likely ensure more assists which in turn will lead to more goals.
Last season we had a proper European competition to worry about (and try to win) - this season we don't. Vinnie only contributed in Europe.
Kane's been injured before and it's been fine. In fact he made more appearances for us last season than he has since 15/16 and it didn't really help us much did it?
Deja vu.I am now not as confident, not optimistic. Not sitting on any fence.
Deja vu.
Same thing every year without fail. Even now with a DOF in place. Comedy club.I am now not as confident, not optimistic. Not sitting on any fence.
I expect a contribution from Dele this season, we didn't have him at all last season.History tells us we need more than just them. from all over the pitch, from a goalscoring pov.
