Red seems to add to my suggestion of Wernerand Rudiger yesterday:
Red cabbage.... ruddy.......Rudiger (Antonio) and small cabbage ....tiny ....tiny tim...Werner (Timo)
Their club Stuttgart is based in a region which holds the biggest German cabbage festival (look it up - I did!)
(In addition Rudiger is a CB who could have been a target until we got Toby, who's now even been mentioned as a possible replacement CB at AM).

P.S. will chip in a donation too later today. Small cabbage I'm afraid, but hopefully (like tiny Timo) every little helps.

I know most won't be happy with those 2 players but I'd be more than happy if we signed both. They work hard for the team. McCarthy deserves a bit more credit. Martinez loves a team that plays the right way and passes fluently. He built his team around McCarthy at Wigan and now Everton. Everton look a much better unit when he plays and Miralles is always a danger.

Could one of the cabbages that look off now be manolas ?? Roma play in red so could be that and would now be off as we have Toby and see arsenal in for him too or Roma not want to sell and the other cabbage could be someone green related or another Roma player? Not sure if anyone has said this yet but meh lol

I think yesterday it was said that Cabbage no.1 now unlikely given we have signed Toby. Not sure how McCarthy and Toby can be related so hopefully less obvious than that.

Might not be unlikely because we signed Toby it might just have become unlikely. We recently had ITK from Jasper that McCarthy is unlikely.

There were links to Sergio Oliveira earlier in the summer, classy U21 playmaker. Would be a difficult deal to do though.

Another thought I had was that the cabbage we missed out on due to Toby was actually Carrasco who Atletico bought with the money we paid them (and we possibly withdrew from in the Toby negotiations).
