Only one name on my summer sell-off list:

Tottenham

Time for Lewis and Levy to sell the club to someone that won't constantly sell our best players and replace them with a shower of shit.

At least it will be the first summer where we aren't shitting it about losing a player. Silver linings and all

They've still got a bit of the season to prove me wrong but as it stands:

Michael Dawson. Has to go, or at the very least be 5th choice. Replace with Fabian Schar please.
Kyle Naughton.
Gylfi Sigurdsson. Had about 3 good games during his Spurs career, just not good enough.
Lennon. More chance of a bad game than a good one these days. Just don't know who'd want him for the price Levy would be quoting.
Gomes. Let's spend the wage savings wisely.
Assou-Ekotto. I would bring in a solid LB so he can go.

As for Rose, I still believe he should stay but only as a backup. We can't afford to sell too many English HG players.

The thing that worries me most is that if Sherwood does end up staying I can see most players staying. If a new manager comes in I can't see them putting up with players like Rose and Lennon. But with Tim 'English players all the way' Sherwood I just can't see them going.

Fixed for you.

If Tim stays i think they'll be queuing for the exits like a KKK convention wrongly invited to the premier of 12 years a slave...

As for first four, you realize that we need to get some homegrown replacements if we ship 4 out or use smaller squad? Bit pissed off at selling Caulker in that aspect, was club trained too.

The sad thing is we are all sat here listing the shit players who need to go but the reality is it will be the good players leaving, and who can fucking blame them?

If I was Lloris I'd have already slapped in a transfer request. What must he be thinking when the defence in front of him includes Dawson, Naughton and Rose? Probably the same as Eriksen sitting on the bench.

What an absolute joke we've become.

It said a lot that he was shaking his head in today's game. Must be fed up. Problem is he will end up going and we will end up spending nearly as much to buy Begovic or Krul.

Dawson.

I don't know why AVB relented because I felt that it was the right time to sell him. He's a bit of a fan favourite and people seemed genuinely upset that we could be selling him. How dare AVB try to sell a player that he didn't rate. So AVB seemingly did the safe thing, as he so often did, and appease the fans.

I'm a sentimental guy, but there are times when you can't afford to be sentimental. We stuck with Jenas for 5 seasons more than he deserved, we stuck with Hudd for about the same. While Dawson hasn't been awful for 5 years, it's been a long time since I've been able to defend him.

The problem in all these cases is there's a lack of options. The club clearly didn't want to sell him when King was having injuries all the time and selling King would have been a harsh, and possible foolish, move. However, it was the right time to sign a proper back up because King couldn't be depended upon. Now we finally have options. We have two very good CB's in Vertonghen and Chiriches, who've never played together incidentally, with the injury prone, but excellent, Kaboul. I'd keep Daws as a backup but I'd be worried that a manager would still inexplicably pick Dawson. Even so, we have to worry about Vertonghen leaving us. We need to sign a decent CB in the summer to give us 4 centre backs. Then Kaboul can be our 4th choice CB and it won't matter too much if he only plays five games a season.

The juries out on a lot of players. Players like Rose or Naughton could be good back-ups so there's no urgency to sell them. It's too soon to write off the players we bought in the summer, it takes too long for players to settle to see them sold before they can prove themselves.

I feel sorry for him, we should have sold him ages ago rather than letting him rot in the reserves.

I think it's pretty telling that he hasn't left yet despite having a couple of loans out. I know he's had his donkey moments but he's still a decent keeper that had a good reputation in Holland. Surely, someone would've come in for him. I think he doesn't want to leave. Probably enjoys life in London and the wages he's on.

Hugo? He was shaking straight after his distribution failed yet again. Seemed he was shaking his head to that. And his distribution wasn't up to much tonight.

After today's disgraceful game enough is enough. Nominate your players you want out in the summer

I'll start

Michael Dawson (don't know how he is going to be removed though, his feet seem to be set in concrete at WHL)
Kyle Naughton
Aaron Lennon
Roberto Soldado
Heulhero Gomes
Brad will probably retire in the summer
Unfortunately Gylffi

I feel like I want to name more

Id keep Soldado, we will never get close to our money back and Defoe is gone. Soldado will come good eventually, and we dont have the money to replace him. All the Bale money has been spent. Unfortunately we are stuck with what we've got.

And Gomes, christ Id forgotten about him. What does he do?

Add Rose to the list, too.
