Far from ideal but we are still in the tie. With Son back and hopefully Sissoko fit to start we can absolutely go there and win.

They have definitely taken their foot off too as they know a 1-0 lead is massive for them, but we have to be honest after that start it could have been so much worse..
It is going to be incredibly tough next Wed, but they have a game this weekend so no rest for them !!!
We need to hope the players get a win on Sat to boost morale and then go out there with nothing to lose.
very disappointed in some of the bigger players again today, still too much talk and not enough action. They seem to fail whenever there is a final on offer.

‪Feel like we could’ve got something out of this game maybe even won if we had a Attacking player on the bench ‬

‪Son will be a massive boost for us next game, it’s certainly not over yet‬

Well we knew it was going to be tough but not as bad as I'd thought after the start we made.

Toby, Rose, Moussa, Foyth (maybe Hugo also) all did well, as for the rest.......

Given the disastrous first 30, this isn’t a disastrous result. They aren’t much better than us; we’re just useless without Sissoko.

We may have lost today but if we play in Amsterdam like we played in the second half today, and with Sonny back, we have a chance.

We have to BELIEVE!

Trying to outpass a team who are built around slick midfield play was never going to work. Hate to say it, but Mourinho was right. It needs to be a physical approach. Sissoko made a big difference. Too bad our match winners were sitting in the stands...

Hope Jan is alright.

Could've been out of the tie in that first half. So not too bad

But Alli and Moura not good enough on the night. Llorente tried but we just didn't carry any real threat despite dominating the second half.

We didn't look like scoring. So poor in the final 3rd. Sissoko changed the game for us, would hate to think what the score would have been if we were not forced into that change

Really needed to keep a clean sheet tonight but oh well, hopefully we can pull out a result next week. Need to focus on Bournemouth now. Must win.
