I feel like I've gone back in time here. . .
Except too many people blame Sissoko even now when he plays better than anyone else
I feel like I've gone back in time here. . .
He misses the next game now, I think, so gets to spend the rest of xmas at home.Dan Burns owes both GLC and Aurier a meal, after they both intervened and stopped (I mean did their best) Moussa from throwing the lanky defender into the stands.
Imo no. Not technically good enough, not good enough going forward/crossing and wouldn't be able to point as much....Could Sissoko be a great wingback/right back?
He’s definitely not a centre midfielder but his qualities seem ideal to do the job. Very quick, fit, strong in the tackle, etc.
That booking he got was so stupid that it felt it was deliberate
Not sure what benefit there is to us having Sissoko suspended for today's game, with Winks out, and questions over Ndombele and Diers fitness.
If he didn't get booked, all he needed to do was to get through 90mins today with no booking to get past the cut off for a suspension.
No benefit to us but a benefit to him. The cut off was after the Brighton game.
Cut off is at the end of the month, so after this round of games
The five yellow card count is “reset” on 31st December. It means a player receiving their fifth yellow card of the season on January 1 or later will not receive a ban.
I think it was changed recently, and the cut off is now 19 premier league games.

So glad we finally have a manager that can spot the issue and admit it and communicate it to the fans that ideally he wouldn’t want to play him there
And athleticism.He's all heart.
