Yep, Olise still out. Also out are Eze, Henderson and Tomkins. If Olise is still out then I'm not as concerned. We need him fully fit for Chelsea.
We need to play our best team. Take the points we can take; there are no 'easy wins' in the PL, at least for a squad of our quality. It's not right to take anyone lightly. We can rest Udogie. Davies is dependable enough to do a job against Palace without their best players. Plus Davies is quite good at the underlapping runs too and defensive side. I'm not worried about him at all.

I think Ben Davies is one of the greatest players in the world but even I don’t think he’s going to be troubling Udogie anytime soon so if he starts against Palace we know Udogie isn’t match fit/not worth risking him and making it worse by playing him in the short term. Its not taking anyone lightly.
There's obviously a reason if the manager doesnt start him.
Only Ange and his team are privy to his condition and if they feel its the right call to give him more recovery and start Davies, so be it.
We all want a 100% fit Undgie to start but you cant risk an injury if a player isn't right or fatigued.

Plus our first choice left back isn’t 100% fit meaning playing Davies tomorrow would indicate playing our strongest available 11 . .. if Destiny is 100% then start him .We’re not taking anyone lightly, Davies is a professional footballer that can do a decent job for us. If we cant get a result against Palace because we’re missing our first choice left back then we’ve got no chance of top four.
Nail. Head Hit.Quite although i'd say it's more the drop in quality replacement that concerns us - much like the majority of the back 5.
I like Royal, but not on the left side.
We also have to give ourselves the best chance to win this season - and that will occasionally mean resting players who have been in our best XI.Should definitely play if fit enough, even if Davies can come in a do a decent job.
We need to give ourselves the best chance to win the game and having Udogie in the side over Davies does that.
If Udogie can't play then we can deploy our next best option.; if Davies is that player then so be it. I've not seen him play CM though. We’re not taking anyone lightly, Davies is a professional footballer that can do a decent job for us. Square peg in a round hole... Royal is not a LB, and so Davies should be first choice if Udogie isn't ready to play.I would have thought Royale (over Davies) at LB if Udogie doesn't play tonight
Same, Royal as cover for Porro is as good as you’ll get but he’s not a LB and it’ll be unfair on him if he plays there and does badly and gets stick for it.Quite although i'd say it's more the drop in quality replacement that concerns us - much like the majority of the back 5.
