He's was, when on form, an outstanding player for us. However, I don't think he's good enough and is certainly not a big enough star for Real Madrid to be overly bothered about him. Sounds to me like he tried to get a move there over the summer but they weren't interested. Maybe they would be interested next year when he's free, but I still can't imagine him being their number 1 target. Either Bayern or Juve theoretically makes more sense that one of the big Spanish clubs, but even then I don't really think either of them need him, and if Mathaeus' comments are true it doesn't sound like Bayern are interested anyway.

I think he'll leave in January or the summer but I'd be surprised if it's the dream move he had in mind.

The thing with eriksen is he is not worth a big fee and massive wages. He isn't good enough. However, on a free transfer he becomes a very good squad player for Real and Bayern

Shocked he started today, did very little. And even though Winks was poor, couldn't believe he was yanked off before Eriksen.

He can fuck off now am so done with him. He is the embodiment of what is wrong with professional footballers who choose their own self interest over the club. Today was another anonymous performance in a string of anonymous performances.

How he got picked today after all that has gone on is insane.

Genuinely staggering that their were people on this website (and in the wider fan base) who thought Christian Eriksen was going to knuckle down and give us his best for a year, after watching him down tools for three quarters of the season just gone, including the champions league fucking final.

The prick doesn’t want to be here and the fact Poch continues to play him over players who DO want to be here is just as unforgivable.

Maybe he's not playing badly just to fuck with us.
But Poch should at the very least have subbed him for Ndombele after 45 minutes. He regularly hooked him at half time in his first season until he started doing what Poch wanted.

Not sure if I’ve ever known a player with as much talent as Eriksen just be so shit poor for us.

I mean, we’ve had a LOT of shit players over the year but they just weren’t that talented.

What gets my goat more than anything is when a player is plain not trying and Eriksen should be ashamed of himself really, he’s quite frankly an embarrassment and has no pride in himself.
