What the hell's going on with the ticket buying thingemy on the official site??

Just nipped on to see if there was any chance of a couple of last minute seats for tomorrow, got the stadium view up, clicked South, found block 36 had "limited" seats left, choose that i want 2 tickets and when i click add to basket all i get is a thin red box below it. Nothing else of any use, no words in that box or anything.

Is it only me who has this problem? Go try it now, don't need to login to add to basket etc., but i dunno if it's Firefox or the site or what...

It was the same the other day when I tried.

I think the red line of doom just means not enough seats to fulfill your request. Usually just 1 ticket in limited seat areas.

There's a sh*t load of tickets available on ticket exchange are you able to access that??

It was broke this morning. Ticket exchange has now been fixed, and there are loads of seats, I got a couple of Block E pearlers rightin the middle!

Had a similar problem yesterday when Newcastle Dec 28th tickets went on general sale. I waited until then because my dad and sister wanted to go too and neither are paying members. Anyway, about seven sections spread across South, East and West said that there were a limited number of seats available, so I try getting 3 and it won't have it in any block, then I try getting just 1 and can't get anything either.

So I call the ticket office up and the automated message I get is that 'there are still tickets available for the Blackburn game this weekend. Games against Werder, Liverpool, Chelsea and Newcastle are sold out.'

Fair enough if it's sold out, but why isn't the website updated so all blocks are red?

I just posted two tickets together onto the Ticket exchange, if you're interested. They are South Lower, Area 32 Row 12 seats 5 & 6

Just rang them in the end, managed to snag a pair in South lower, block 38, which i can only assume is returned tickets from the away fans that have been released.
