I need to transfer my Spurs vs Newcastle ticket to a friend using Ticket Share. Do you when Ticket Share opens for One Hotspur members? I thought it was supposed to be 48 hours before the match, but I don’t have any tickets under “manage my tickets”. Ticket Share worked fine earlier this season for someone else I know who is also a One Hotspur member. Thanks

You should be able to ticket share at anytime. It’s ticket exchange that we have to wait for the club to allow us to sell to other members. Your friend does need a CRN number and needs to be part of your network. Give it a go. Also - he needs to log on and “accept” the ticket once you have shared it with them. Good luck.

Similar question. I know a ST can transfer a ticket. But can a member who bought but can’t attend ?

I 'think' One Hotspur membership tickets could only be shared until this Feb as a Covid concession.

It's back to normal now, with only ST holders being able to share their seats.

Screenshot the ticket and send it to the person buying is a way around it.

So there’s nothing within the rules a member can do if they can’t go ?

1 - I'd suggest contacting the club.. and asking if they can help
If that doesn't work... make a second call later on (so you don't get the same person)

2 - See if the ticket office can print a paper ticket for you for collection - or email a pdf print at home ticket (if you suggest that your normal phone is broken/keeps crashing/battery dies). With the collect in person option, you might need to take ID with you as your phone clearly doesn't work!! ?
