It's funny... I knew we had blown second last weekend, as I was watching the city Gooners game. Could just feel it in the air. I apologize for being a bit tinfoilhatty, but it really does feel sometimes that Le Arse have some sort of voodoo hold over us. Some crap just can't be explained. For example, these last four games. I got flamed for accusing us of bottling the Chelsea game. We've got a loser mentality that pollutes the club from the supporters to the players.

It is also a lesson for many supporters who allow themselves to get carried away.

I got called negative, a disgrace, told to support another club by many when I said after the Palace Cup game that there were missing elements in our character and mentality which would lead to us being trophyless at the end of the season.

We simply have to learn from this, as a club and as a supporter base, we have to identify faults even during the good times because if we don't they will inevitably result in what we have seen in the last few months.

3-0 up at home to united and lost 5-3. We were laughed at then as we will be now.

A lot of over reactions in here, but that certainly was an eye opener and one which we have to learn from next season. I just had a feeling today would pan out like this but the score line is pretty damning isnt it:/

I don't think anyone can be accused of overreacting after a performance that saw us lose 5-1 to a relegated team, with three goals coming against ten men in a match that saw us lose the best chance in 21 years to finally finish above our biggest rivals

It was completely disgraceful

In fact the WBA and Chelsea second halves and the Southampton games have all been pathetic and the club has really let the fans down

We can't handle being pressured by opposition - we need to improve our strength in depth or next season is going to seem like a huge backwards step when the clubs who under performed this year step it up
