If it's found to be spurious or arguing a point of law that has already been addressed then I believe it is possible for the appeal to be refused to be seen by the court.

So, short of coming to an arrangement with Archway (which seems very remote), then hoping the appeal gets chucked out before being heard by the High court would be our best bet for a speedy outcome.
