Is it possible that Archways appeal could be thrown out before it's even heard in the High court?
You beat me to it............................

No, in your post you were saying that all Spurs fans who disagree with either you, or Enic`s running of the club are pricks and wankers. Not just me. Your actually calling thousands fellow Yids pricks and wankers. Shame on you.No, just you
Everytime you post, it becomes clearer just how apt the last part of your username is.

"group of utter wanker spurs fans lambasting ENIC" . I could respond with "wanker spurs fans happy to suck levy off balls deep at every opportunity" but I have to much repect for my fellow Yids to stoop to such depths.Read my post again mate
I was only referring to one "fellow Yid" as a prick

Nothing wrong with that. Other than the w word."group of utter wanker spurs fans lambasting ENIC" . I could respond with "wanker spurs fans happy to suck levy off balls deep at every opportunity" but I have to much repect for my fellow Yids to stoop to such depths.
As much as I don't miss Alan Sugar being our chairman, he would probably be quite good in this situation........ I can see him just driving a Jcb into Archways premises and starting digging
If it's found to be spurious or arguing a point of law that has already been addressed then I believe it is possible for the appeal to be refused to be seen by the court. Is it possible that Archways appeal could be thrown out before it's even heard in the High court?
How about Sugar entering the compound to the sounds of the imperial march? Can imagine it now, Sugar driving the JCB with loud speakers playing the Apprentice theme
He smashes through the wall of Archway, leans out of the cab, points at Josiff and shouts "your fired"
People like me. you mean. Fans who dont agree with your take on things are utter wankers and pricks then.

I reckon 35000 spurs fans should each send them a shit in a jiffy bag through the post. would be funny as fuck.
It occurs to me that there is nothing wrong with calling Archway's number 020 8365 0760 and politely asking why they are not prepared to move to new premises and do a deal with our club. I may give them a call to ask tomorrow and see what they say.
