I did notice the groans of displeasure every time Darren Bent looked to pass. The guy was playing backwards a bit and lacking confidence but we know he can do the business from his time at Charlton and to some degree, his pre-season form also. Yet these muppets continue to berate him constantly.

where were u sitting mate? i'm an ST in the park lane and there are people around me all the time slating our players for anything BUT i just take it in good nature. I couldn't care less what others think and say to be honest. Theres aguy behind me every week who even if we were 4-0 up will still say someones shit if he makes a bad pass but I just find it funny. how boring would life be if we all had the same opinions!

I am a self-confessed shouty armchair coach when I am at matches, but I'll never forget the time I sat in with the Fulham fans for a match last year.

I had to keep my gob shut whilst behind me sat one of the loudest and rudest seven year old girls I had ever had the unpleasantness to listen to.

When you hear a seven year old call the ref the "c" word and most of the players labelled as useless bastards and dickheads, it makes you reassess your volubility.

Until Tainio makes a shoddy pass in his own half that is.........

I was in the Park Lane last night, and will admit to a bit of Chimbonda bashing myself.

But only when he WAS being shit, in the second half, when we were playing at a stroll, in a UEFA cup tie, when the oppo have scored, and hit the post, and forced the keeper into to great saves!

Balance that with the praise O'Hara and Robbo were getting, I think it was pretty reasonable from a bunch of footy fans.
