I ll make a bet with anyone that if we get 60 points this season then we will qualify through our league positon, however i believe it will be inmaterial because we will beat the rent boys at Wembley. Anyway any takers.

i heard on five live lastnight that england are top of the fair play league and if we stay there we will gain one extra place for the uefa via league qualification .

If thats the case what pos do you think we will have to finish in for qualification , bearing in mind someone from the top four almost invariably wins the F . A cup .

8th ?

I was going to say there's no chance of us getting the Fair Play spot given the number of red cards we've had so far, but...

...it turns out we're 3rd... Interestingly, our Positive Play rating is third only to the Goons and Chelsea

indeed, but then again, we have some really easy games coming up and I would be disappointed if we don't win about 80% of those games (because 80% of those games are very winnable!!)

Really easy games?!?! What games are these? There aren't easy games in the Prem. Especially the ones against relegation candidates aren't the easy ones. And a game won't certainly be easy if you go into it thinking it will be!

Thanks Stoof but I'm none the wiser - it's a black art to me, as I don't know how to take a screenshot or how to post it as a picture. I copied the excel file into bmp format through paint but could not copy that into the message box.

And I agree with you!, I should rephrase that to very winnable games.

So we made up 11 points in 12 games and climbed 6 places? This being the case, a similar run-in to last year would leave us 7th. More realitically, 8th looks most likely, especially given both Portsmouth and West Ham have to come to WHL.

We do need at least a couple of teams to co-operate as fully as Bolton did last season.

Could only be bothered to put in our results and had us finishing on 56 points (though I did have us unbeaten from now til the end of the season... a tad hopeful?)
