Can’t decide between Kane, Son, Bentancur, and Højbjerg. All phenomenal. Kulusevski and Romero not far behind. I’ll go Son though, especially after he’s received criticism recently.

Kane 3 assists, Son 2 goals but I think MOTM was either Romero or Bentancur.

Some fantastic performances today.

I think Romero is legitimately crazy.

The man has no fear. Will go in hard against anyone. Also loves to pop up in the attacking end from time to time.

I thought Bentancur and Romero were the best two players on the pitch. Our front three caused them problems but were also incredibly wasteful. And Son conceding the corner late on at 2-1 could have been disastrous (why take the risk when he easily could have kept it in?).

Lloris - 7
Doherty - 7 - popped infield in pockets really well.
Romero - 9 - Antonio was totally nullified by him and he oozed class on the ball.
Dier - 8 - solid
Davies - 8 - ditto
Reguilon - 6 - for wasting every chance he got in the final third.
Bentancur - 9 - bossed the game
Højbjerg - 8 - a good foil for Bentancur.
Kulu - 8 - intelligent passing and movement.
Son - Two very good goals. Could easily have had four!
Kane - 8 - why did he not square it for Son instead of stretching and blazing over?

I've got to give it to Kane because every single thing we did came through him, we could have had 5 or 6 based off of attacks he started, I wasn't going to give it to him but the reason I wasn't was because we're just so used to it with him and I don't want him to be a victim of his own brilliance

I was originally going to give it to Davies as I thought he was particularly excellent today. Did pretty much everything right today, great performance. Romero though holy shit. we were under pressure and this man showed his strength of character today, felt like he single headedly dragged us through that difficult period, He really showed his level today, brilliant performance.

Everybody else played pretty well I'd say with the exception of unfortunately Reguilon. I'm glad we won so that this comment doesn't feel borne out of anger but he is not going to be the player we need for that position if he prefers to be an absolute coward rather than being brave and trying to take the opportunity. Was really pathetic today with how he acted in a couple of situations and I'm disappointed because he has the ability, these situations are all his own doing, he's choosing to make these decisions, it's not that he doesn't have the capability.

I went with team effort as I keep changing my mind on who was best
I couldn't choose who was best
(sadly Reggie was not so hot again today)

Bentancour for me. Reminds me of a midfield version of Berbatov. So classy on the ball. Everyone else. Pretty decent as well.

One of the best feelings beating them _____ and to top it off totally dominating them and playing some of the best football I've seen us play in a few seasons. Love it.

Thought Romero was world class today.

Buy some better wing backs and another midfielder and we’re looking strong.

That is definitely what we need. Davies, Dier and Romero are a really good trio and obviously the front 3 are world class. Bentancur is just quality. It's only the wing backs and peh that need immediate improvement.

We're starting to look like a decent side.

Son and Kane were outstanding. Conte got what he asked for midweek. Our senior players all stood up to be counted. Son just gets motm

So many contenders, but that Kane pass for the son goal (first one) was just beautiful, just for that he can be MOM. 9

Son, always a threat, could have had 4 today. 9

Romero - class and brutal. 9

Bentancur - passing and general control of the game, superb 8

Kuvuleski - alway a threat and intelligent with his passing. 8

Hoijberg - really good today, fought for everything and was more than tidy in possession. 8

We looked like a real class outfit today.

Romero was almost faultless today against a very difficult customer in Antonio (who incidentally made Romero look a bit silly in the reverse fixture).

Not as eye catching as Kane, Son or Bentancur but for me he was MOTM.
