After seeing Mourinho verbally attacking the ref in a car park after the final calling him a **** and a crook I’m so glad that classless piece of shit has nothing to do with our club anymore.
Completely agree. I’m no fan of our refs but it’s shit behaviour from someone who is such a high profile figure in the game. Watching them piss and moan and time waste throughout the game, I was glad they didn’t win. What a sore fucking loser the man is. He might be a serial winner but who wants to be associated with a classless prick like that?

I actually liked Maurine as a person but I'm fucking petty, and after sticking the boot in on the club, when it's on it's knees, and for no apparent reason, he can go fuck himself. Glad him and shit football lost the final.

Sure, with posts like that is clear to see you're all about class, right?

Mourinho should probably be de registered as a coach after this. Wayyyyy out of line.

I've always quite liked him but he should never be allowed to manage in Europe again after that.

He has incited a hate campaign against a referee to try and deflect from the fact that his defensive football approach was never going to win the game.

Just comes across as a arrogant prick. Hope that he gets a lengthy ban and apologises to the referee.

I still don't get the rationale to sacking him the week before the final. There must have been some serious shit going on behind the scenes to make that decision

Always seemed odd. The worst part is we played even more defensive in the final.

I'm pretty sure Graham got the boot before Hoddle took over for a final too? Maybe I'm mixing up timeframes

My opinion is that it would have been near impossible to sack him if he won it.

He had ago at the ref in the car park and called him a fucking disgrace.

It’s unprofessional and no doubt deserves a fine but people are going on like he’s some sort of war criminal.
I get that in the grand scheme of things, it is not criminal or something equivalent, but what fucks me off is that is that it just sets a tone that managers and players can go after the referee.

Impossible not to compare it to rugby but really that is what we should be aiming for in football. By all means criticise decisions after the game, but hounding the referee, the linesmen and Doris the tea lady in mobs is just a lack of respect.

It did likely influence an almost riot of Roma fans trying to mob the poor bloke at the airport!

I think Jose knows full well the power he has to influence people and there was absolutely no need for him to personally verbally abuse the ref after the game was over in a car park.

I think talk of a 10 game ban to make an example of him would be great.

Both sides in the final were behaving like children and the ref rightly brandished a lot of yellow cards, he wasn’t a cheating so and so as Jose called him, Jose is just an awful awful loser and it brings out the worst in him.

I think that’s a bit of a reach personally. Especially after knowing what that ultra scene is like.

The ref and his family were attacked at the airport.

Mourinho's actions were grossly irresponsible and inflammatory. If this were Aussie Rules or NFL he'd be banned from coaching for life.

And I'm someone who has always been a fan of him and thought he'd been dealt with harshly. Not this time. What he did was waayyyyyy out of line.
