He’s a mid table championship player. I wouldn’t even see him in a promotion pushing team. He is a nothing player. I have asked this question before and I still haven’t had an answer.

what does he do? Literally what is his point when being on the pitch. He doesn’t create. He doesn’t defend. He doesn’t move the ball. He doesn’t break up play. He has no ability from a dead ball. ….like seriously what is his role?

Spot on. He wouldn't even pin down a regular spot for a midtable championship side. We see him getting outclassed against league one sides. He has no redeeming features and lots of bad ones.

He is quite honestly the player I want to see sold the most, can't stand him.

Has he actually grabbed the number 8 shirt in the squad? He thinks he is our number 8. The guy is properly deluded. Can't wait until he is gone.

A part of me dies inside every time I see him put on our shirt. Don’t see a single positive thing in his gameplay. Can’t pass, can’t tackle, can’t mark, can’t track runners, can’t shoot, can’t take set pieces. Only thing he can do is run to the press to write negative stories about the team and club.

Such a shame that a homegrown lad who had such a promising start has fallen so far. I get the impression he doesn't really know what kind of player he wants to be. He's no longer a youngster and has had more opportunities than most to impress. He's a 4/10 in almost every facet of his game.

Don’t honestly see why we keep persisting. Even tonight wasn’t his level. He wouldn’t get into the Pacos side never mind a prem league side. So average it’s unbelievable. Can’t think of many worse midfielders at our club in last 35 years and I’ve seen likes of Saib and Berti.

Can we make a thread that unregistered members see, where we praise the shit out of him. :cautious:

We can say stuff like "I hope Everton don't sign him - he's one of our own, and worth at least £30m"

Looks so unfit as well. I appreciate it’s the start of the season but he’s miles off the pace. Just awful.

Let him train with the u23's then & don't involve him in the first team

That's a tad harsh on the guy, he clearly doesn't have the ability to make it with us, or perhaps even Premier league level but I don't think it's for want of trying. We can't get our knickers in a twist about Kane being a total dick and then throw somebody who's not really been a moments problem to the dogs.

If he's refusing to leave then he has no leg to stand on

He is refusing to take one of the surprising numerous offers from other clubs to leave, which is strange when he has been told he is not in Nuno's plans. That step to drop him from 1st team training might help 'let the penny drop' and take one of the options not only to leave but save his career

If I'm Paratici I'm sitting next to him on the flight home convincing him that Watford are up and coming go getters.

Well that's hypocrisy at it's finest. We can't roll out the "Kanes under contract so fuck him" card and then say "Winks won't leave his contract so fuck him". Contracts work both ways. He's not said anything negative about the club and is well within his rights to see out his contract if he see fits. I agree that he's not good enough, but I think you're being a little bit silly there.
